Really helpful service here!!!! Great place to get an assessment for mood disorders! The psychologist I saw here (Dr. Erin Fallis) was really empathetic and understanding of me and I knew even before meeting her that she was going to be very helpful and that we would get along. I got good vibes from her from the start since when I inquired about her services, she responded to my email surprisingly quickly and even with empathy too, and was very informative and willing to help. I can tell she cares about her patients and wants to do everything she can to help and I certainly appreciated that! I'm sure her other patients appreciate it too! She was also the first professional to actually thank me for coming in to see her which blew my mind cuz that shows that she loves her job and cares about her patients! It also made me feel really good and more comfortable about coming in to see her and also made me feel like she actually wants to help me. She was the first mental health professional to thank me for my time to come in to see her, the first to respond to my email inquiry with empathy and detailed information along with it, the first to respond in a timely manner, and the first to actually make effort to build good rapport with me. She was very helpful, informative, did a great job answering my questions and helped me better understand myself and how I experience bipolar disorder better than before I started seeing her. She certainly knows what she's doing!! I finally found a professional that actually probed and assessed me properly and that gave me the proper diagnosis for my bipolar disorder instead of dismissing my concerns right away without properly assessing me and then misdiagnosing me with things I don't have like other professionals did. She made me feel validated and that I'm not alone and thanks to her, I'm able to get the proper help that I need now since I have the official diagnosis. It was definitely worth coming out all the way to Burlington from Niagara for this assessment since she does a great job at what she does! Thank you, Dr. Erin Fallis! ???? We definitely need more mental health professionals like you in this world!! ????????????
