This clinic is EXCELLENT ! If you have the choice where you get referred to ask to go HERE ! The Doctors are great, they really do care & they KNOW what they are doing. The receptionist is awesome too! Just my opinion.

Dr. Noel is engaging and seems to care when you are in his office talking to him but that is where the "caring" ends. The problems appear when you try to call the office, or get a hold of him in any way. The receptionist either never checks her messages or erases them with no action, the voicemail is usually a week or two old, and messages are never returned. She has absolutely zero empathy, ownership, or even basic understanding of how to treat people, especially in a health care environment. I left several messages, several times, and never 1 call back. I implored her to let me leave him a VM (which she said he didn't have), ask to have him call me back and she agreed but then Nothing!!! I finally got her to answer the phone after calling many times and was told that he would not talk to me until my next appointment about 10 days later, and then she admitted that she had no intention of returning my calls and/or letting me know. I am by no means high maintenance, nor was I calling for something irrelevant - I landed in the hospital due to medication interaction so needed a 30 second phone call to know what to do. It’s a shame that they obviously care nothing about their patients and refuse to do even basic patient follow up, aftercare etc. If you want someone to push pills at you and not care what happens then this is the place for you - if you want to be treated like a human being that matters, then save yourself the aggravation and avoid this mother son team.
