Just phoned and was not happy. Found it to be a very awkward phone call, and having two mental health diagnosises waa not asked once about my state of mind. Major failure on their part.

I called this morning in regards to a housemate who has gone off his meds and is starting to unravel. I did not want to call police who are not helpful in dealing with mental health issues, so I looked to Coast. The individual on the phone passed the buck by telling me to call his caseworker, said they weren't doing mobile interventions due to Covid and even gave me the most insincere sorry I have ever heard from a so-called health professional. No questions or advice whatsoever.
