Not impressed with service. I am reviewing this on behalf of my mother. She was told the mask had to be ordered and would take 7-10 business days to arrive. At that time, arrangements were made ( two months prior) for a nurse to visit and check her oxegyn levels. She was told, the nurse is the only one that could fit it for her. It arrived in 2 days and my mother recieved a phone asking her what she wanted them to do with the mask. They were already told this upon paying. My mother is over 80 years old, does not drive and have mobilty issues. No one at medigas can fit a mask for patrons although they sell the products. I was told it would cost $50 to deliver with no one to help. (Cheaper to throw it in a taxied cab). Is this the kind of service the elderly receive.

Needing a CPAP mask I drove to Medigas in Cornwall and payed $275 and then claimed it on my insurance to only find out that they would only pay $160. It stated ''Claim reduced to reasonable and customary charges''. Only then did I realized this could be purchased online for $135. That's over a 100% markup. I called Medigas and questioned these charges and they just said, ''yup , you should of got it online''. There gouging! As you can guess, I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

Showed up to pick up a simple mask replacement for my elderly mother in law that had been called in ahead od time. Arrived to find a bag already packed and ready to go to the tune of 450 that had a full head gear and mask as well as tubing and other replacement parts that they deemed necessary as they hadn't been replaced recently. They did NOT call the customer to get approval!! Instead she got the sticker shock. Thankfully I called to confirm before paying the bill. I guess they figured she would just pay it. What a horrible way to treat an elderly woman. To take advantage of a senior this way is deplorable Shame on you!!

The fine folks at Medigas in Brockville have been of great help to me. The advice was top notch, they know their work and the staff were friendly and helpful. They also have a nice trial period where you can make the adjustments you need to perfect your treatment and this is all before paying a penny. I’m here today weeks after my first trip to finally settle the score and purchase my new equipment. It is unquestionably the Best Buy of the year for me - worth every penny.
