It is ridiculously difficult to get ahold of anyone at certain times, when the office is supposed to be open. It seems that the phone is placed off the hook if you repeatedly call, not during break time or lunch, but when someone is supposed to answer the phone. Also to add insult to injury there is a message left for whomever calls to specifically not leave a message almost to emphasize on the fact that this office only appears to answer when it is completely convenient for them.
