Called to book a massage with the RMT. Have a bad back and shoulder issues. The receptionist was extremely rude. First thing she says is " well I only have a male therapist is that an issue?" Umm it's not if you don't make it an issue. I've had many male therapists as well as female therapists. I understand that some people may feel uncomfortable and it should be mentioned but the way she said it was just ridiculous. I was also looking for a later appointment as I work during the day, asked about availability and she kinda just shrugged me off. "Oh we're booked" instead of suggesting another day with openings. Definitely lost a possible long term client. Not impressed

As far as a physio clinic goes this is one of the best I’ve been too. Charles is very knowledgeable and works with you to resolve whatever issues you are having. They also have massage therapy available on site, which imo the two component each other very nicely, especially if you’re an active person like myself.

Great results. I wouldn't have thought it would work so well. Worked with Charles to deal with hip pain. After 11 visits, I feel much better, if not 100%. I saw a review that complained about doing the exercises and all I can say is, "It's Physio Therapy, not magic. You have to do the work yourself". Great team.

Was assessed by Charles after car accident and the program he proposed not only did it releive pain and help strengthen but put me as a perfect candidate for cervical disc replacement. The surgeon told me if it wasn't for the toning and stretching and mobility he worked at with me he would never have considered it.Thanks also with the help of his colleague Jonathan,massage therapist Mike and the amazing help from Andrea,with all the insurance paperwork.Absolutly recommend them all,but you yourself have to work at too.

I’ve been going to see Charles for almost 4 weeks for a rotator cuff injury. I can’t believe how much my shoulder has improved in such a short period of time. His service my opinion is second to none. I have went to a different physio service prior that was larger with more staff and was not pleased. I’m very happy brant physio was recommended to me.
