Ive been having non-stop pain in my shoulder, Asad informed me I was getting pain in my shoulder because a certain muscle on my back being underdeveloped than the rest. I learn new exercises evertime I go and the pain in my shoulder has gotten more tolerable. Friendly staff!. I would recommend to family and friends ????

Best physiotherapist I have ever been to! Asad takes his time with each patient and ensures results. When I first started seeing Asad I could barley walk. I have a lower back injury(l5 s1 disc) which my dr recommended surgery. After seeing Asad I am happy to say I will not need surgery. I am so happy to have found this place!! :)

Asad physiotherapist is quick,affordable and effective which are qualities that are hard to find . but I did and I'm happy I did . before I came to South coast physio my shoulder felt like someone was stabbing me and if you touched it would bring me to tears . Asad was great. I tore my Achilles Tendon. And needed physio to do the most simple of things. Asad helped and gave me exercise that I could do at my home. I started doing them waiting in at at stores and at work throughout the day. I had what we thought was a set back and because of the great attention to my ankle we found it was just a bunch of scare tissue. I went to South Coast , on advice from my Doctor , for a torn muscle from a shoulder injury . Thanks to the Therapist,s work and the daily exercises that he gave me , I don,t need surgery and my shoulder is mostly free of pain with almost complete mobility . Thankyou Mr Saeed .
