Their only interest is in your money. No follow up assessments as treatment progresses to see if treatment plan need adjusting. Totally ignore new, changing symptoms to see if new treatment modalities are needed. Misdiagnosis of condition leads to treatment that is actually harmful instead of beneficial. Go elsewhere. I have been a patient since fall of 2017 for chronic hand pain. I wish I had seen Mobility rehab sooner as I am finally feeling some relief based on their treatment plan. For years, I tried to manage it on my own or with private massage, although, the therapists never specifically understood my concerns and targeted the key areas. I would highly encourage others to attend.

The therapists are amazing but unfortunately the others not so much. I told my therapist at the beginning that I had IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) & that when it attacks it gives no notice so I would have to cancel at the last minute. Today was one of those days & then I get a call saying in the future it will be $20 per visit that is cancelled. I explained but was told the manager said that is the way it will be. I guess they would rather I defecate in my underwear as long as I show up, even when ill.

Patient beware!!! I went to this clinic for my a long standing low back issue and was recommended by the physiotherapist to be seen twice a week for exercises physio and deep tissue massage. After 3 treatments I was in such agony from the massage and physio because they triggered my sciatic nerve. Before entering this clinic I never had sciatic nerve issue but now I am in excruciating pain. When i spoke to the physiotherapist about this he said go to your Dr. and couldn't of cared less. He basically blew me off..took no responsibility..no apologies. When i went to the front desk to pay for my torture the lovely receptionist gave me somebody elses bill...unbeknowse to me I paid the bill then realized the mistake she snapped you owe us another $4.14. Being in as much pain I was in I sat down and told her I pay her later. Today the lovely receptionist called and left a less then desirable voice mail.."if I don't pay the 4.14 by Friday she will put it on my credit card." Such an unprofessional clinic..where the bottom line is about dollars and cents Not patient care. I continue to suffer for this therapy. Thank you so much.

This is my second time dealing with Mobility Orthopaedic Rehab Centre as I required their services several years ago for another condition. I have recently completed physiotherapy at Mobility for 2 frozen shoulders. I received treatment for 5 months at this facility and had a very positive experience. The Mobility team were professional and personable. I felt very comfortable every time I walked in the door and I had many great conversations during my visits. Between the physio treatments and the home exercise program, I made a steady road to recovery. Mobility uses a team approach. My main rehab team included Jake, Brad, and Jess. Each would add home exercises or make suggestions based on my progress from week to week. As part of my rehab, I added massage therapy to my treatment plan. There are 3 excellent massage therapists on site and their treatment aligned with the physio that I was receiving. A special thanks to Jake for building my initial treatment plan and monitoring my progress through scheduled re-assessments. If I ever require physio in the future, I will not hesitate to return! I have nothing but good things to say about Mobility Rehab Center. Thank you Mobility! Oh, by the way Jake, I never did get that gold star...

I've unfortunately had a life altering accident at work and with a grime outlook of recovery my physiotherapist Big Jay .V (jimmy) has been amazing ! He is Professional ,knowledgeable but it's the one on one personal touch heart to heart conversations that above and beyond that sets Jay apart ! I can tell he really cares about my recovery and puts 110% daily into trying to give me any relief ! Keep up the great work Jay .V !!! And I should also note that Dana and Nancy upfront are awesome always a kind smile when your having a bad day for me is all too often! Sometimes a joke a laugh can make a difference! The clinic is clean and tidy ! Great job ????

I am currently having ongoing physio treatment while recovering from surgery after a knee injury. The physiotherapists are attentive and offer suggestions or ideas to make the recovery period easier to bear. And the staff in the reception area are friendly, engaging and cheerful. I will soon be adding massage therapy to my physio treatmeants and I am looking forward to it. I highly recommend Mobility Physiotherapy Clinic to anyone looking for treatment from an injury or surgery(or in my case both).

Mostly a positive experience. Until your benefits run out and they insist you show up every 3 months to keep your records from being purged. After this you have to pay the initial assessment fee again as if you have never been there! Forget this place and go somewhere that isn’t out to shake you down for your money.

Phenomenal. Friendly effficient. Jay knows his stuff. Sarah best massage. They treated me not without pain but for the greater good & got me back on my feet. My benefits are not the greatest & they knew what I had to work with & did the job. Jay filledout an FAF quickly & effieciently & made sure returning to qork would not be a set back. The employee health nurse where I work sings kidoos about them too & she has dealt with them many many times. I would refer anyone there for any treatment needed. You'll be in great hands. By the way I am an Operating Room Nurse & I specialize in Orthopedics. These guys know their stuff but if you aren't willing to work with them & your physio at home no one is going to snap a finger & make you feel better. The onis is on you to work with them & they will. Great job guys. All of you. Great team. I've had physio at many places for many things over the years. Car accident, broken hip, back surgery,m tear in my shoulder from Brantford to Burlington & most of it great. This team ranks up there with the best.

Don't go to this place even by mistake. I made this mistake few months ago by visiting this place. I felt like I am stupid, I am paying them for doing everything myself. I wasted my time and benefits. Physiotherapist hardly see you after first visit. No personalised attention or treatment.

Great team of people that looked out for my well being and getting me fully functional again. I have never written any reviews before but I want to warn others. This is the WORST rehab place. No one care about you. Just there to grab money. No personal attention is given to me and even others. Not recommended at all to anyone. Please DON'T choose this place even your specialist, surgeon or doctor write referral to them. You can choose where ever you want to go and use the same referral and start somewhere else. Stay Away, Very Bad.

I have been going to Mobility for various issues for several years. I have been fortunate to be POKED and PRODDED by most of the physio therapists and support therapists. Their humor and inquisitiveness (aka distraction technique) makes it all bearable. I do find some get quite distracted by the tv-especially during hockey, soccer and baseball seasons, and playoffs. Nancy and Dana are on the ball and deal with everyone in a friendly, compassionate yet business-like manner. It is a very busy clinic, yet they are able to develop a rapport with all the patients. Parking can sometimes be a challenge.

Five stars isn’t enough! I came to the clinic for therapy after 2 knee replacement surgeries and was very impressed. Right from Day 1, the staff made me feel welcome and were super friendly. A big shout out to Jay for his patience (I was a bit of a wuss!) during my initial assessment. Another big shout out to Brad. With the treatments I received from him, I was soon on the road to recovery. After about 10 months, I “graduated” and continue to feel fantastic. I highly recommend this team to anyone seeking physiotherapy treatments.

I have had the privilege to use Mobility for two separate injuries and I have to say the entire team at Mobility is amazing. I have been coming to this rehab centre recently for a rotator cuff injury and the team that has treated me is second to none. Everyone from the front staff who always greet me with compassion and care, to the Psio therapists who work as a team to help heal my injury, to the massage therapists who treat the shoulder like they would their own, the entire crew at this clinic is exceptional. Not only is their knowledge and treatment impressive but their care for the patients is quite noticeable. If you need treatment please consider this rehabilitation centre as your go-to clinic, you won’t be disappointed. This is the only crew that I have actually listened to work on healing my injuries, every other injury I’ve just dealt with it on my own.
