While they expect us to accommodate their last minute cancellations, they wouldn't accommodate even a 20 minute delay from our end... ended up having a 40 minute massage and paying for an hour. Moreover, it was a noisy place too with some construction happening next door ... I hope they let their customers know of such noisy activities before booking them, the whole session was annoying. Wouldn't go again and wouldn't recommend them.

I started going to Massage Addict at this location just weeks after they first opened. I love my RMT and am excited about the other services that are offered. I have always felt welcomed and it is a clean inviting atmosphere. I moved my membership over to the 2nd location in West Brant as it was a closer drive for me and I still receive the same excellent service. The owners are wonderful community minded people. Highly recommend Massage Addict.

Great service and very professional. The staff are nice and the place is kept very clean. However, the company is deceiving on how long of a massage you actually get. An hour massage is actually 50 minutes, not 1 hour. What they don't tell you is part of your massage time is taken off while you are preparing for your massage (i.e. talking to your therapist and getting undressed). No other message place I've been to does this. When asked about it, they mentioned that this is why the have a lower rate than other places. This is a deceiving part of the business and I feel it needs to change.

Massage with Emily. I asked her kindly over 10 times in the course of an hour to please do deep tissue and rather than that she just gently open palmed rubbed lotion on my back for 60 minutes. I found it so stressful I stopped the massage and when I told the reception all they said was that Emily is very good. Perhaps she was having an off day, but I will not be returning. If you prefer a massage tailored to your individual needs or like deep tissue, I suggest asking for a different masseuse rather than Emily. Or just try a different massage company altogether.

I've had 4 massages there before yesterday, and they were good. But yesterday for once i felt it was a bad massage. I feel it didn't help at all. I don't want to mention names, but be sure to tell them you don't like what they are doing. Some of them don't have a technique and I felt yesterday that someone at home can do a better job than she did. I wouldn't choose the person from yesterday again. Plus she was breathing all over my face when i flipped on my back lol that was really annoying. It wasn't worth the money at all for that time.

Had a massage today with Stephanie. She was great! Friendly and professional. Made sure I was comfortable throughout, did not force small talk on me, adjusted pressure and movement throughout. Only complaint is that there is construction next door to the massage clinic, which does not really help create a relaxing experience. Obviously out of their control but everything else was amazing

when I enter a massage business I expect it to be nice, calming and comfortable. They tried to make the waiting room nice but it's too blah, bland and septic. I am even more disappointed because I had booked a reflexology appointment but received a massage ( and not a great one ) . I went home to double check , and yes I had booked for reflexology. When I emailed the company back about it, I never even received a response.

Great place to get a massage. I recommend the free membership for the savings, also requires you to book every month which I would frequently forget to do before being a member. Very accommodating for appointments with evenings and weekends available. Staff are amazing and the text message reminders are very helpful. Haven't tried any services other than massages so can't give feedback on the other services.

I just paid 120$ for an Indian head massage that was the was terrible. My masseuse was Stephanie W and after waiting 10 minutes out of my hour massage for her to start I had 30 mins of elbows driving into my back and shoulder blades. I was then filipped over for the remaining 10 minutes for what I assumed would be the actual head massage. More disappointment there as she barely touched my head and neck. Worst massage I have ever had. I won’t be back.

Chris expertly guides me through his thorough, deep release of piriformis on both hips and fascia in my feet. Yes, it hurts a lot but the lasting release is well worth it. Thoroughly recommend as he has the physical strength and genuine interest in making his patients feel better. I have had 3 massages by Rachel. My first massage was great. No complaints. My second massage was good but my apt was for 845 for an hour massage. I check the times and she started closer to 855, and finished at 940. That loses 15 minutes of the hour massage I paid for and tipped. I went the following week for my third massage ready to watch the clock. It was again an hour apt at 845. She started just after 850 and finished at 935. Again was cut short. I had got dressed, paid and left by exactly 945 which was the end of my technical 60 minute massage I paid for but only received 45 minutes of, for the second time. Between those 2 massages I lost 30 minutes which is a FULL service of massage. That I paid for and didn’t receive. I’m never one to write reviews but I thought this time I will. And I will not be returning, I will be taking my business else where.

If you are looking for a (very) gently open palmed rubbed lotion type of massage, this is your place to go. "Deep tissue" or even "more pressure" is something the therapist completely ignored. I don't like to provide bad reviews, but when you go for a full body massage to feel less stressed, having to ask 10 times for "more pressure please" it can cause even more stress related pain. Even tried another day in hope that it would be better, that the therapist could hear this time and had an open frank conversation to align expectations before the massage, which actually ended 10 minutes before the 60 min mark (!) Sorry, not anymore. For rubbing oil on my body, I can do it myself at home, and for free. Not cool.

I had booked a 1 hour hot stone massage from 12:45-1:45. My massage therapist was lovely however she didn’t come to the waiting room to get me until closer to 12:50 and then I waited on the table for close to 10 minutes. I checked the time after my massage was over and it was 1:45. So my massage was max 45 minutes? She didn’t make up for the lost time. Very disappointed. If timing is an issue why aren’t massages spaced out more? I guess this is why there’s always availability at these places. I can pay for and receive a full hour massage somewhere else for a better price and higher quality service.

Worst therapeutic experience of my life!! The staff was congregated around the desk talking about their personal life and being very short and rude with the customers. The masseuse I had was very lazy, sat down for 90 % of the massage and was breathing in my face constantly with her hurrendus breath! And I asked her to do my neck and I felt like I was being strangled, I almost said that's enough and bolted out of there in my undies. This place is brutally amature and not worth your hard earned money. Do not go. And this is my 3rd time attending, I figured they can't all suck or want to talk your ear off or give you false medical advice.... But they do. Choose another establishment this one is completely sub par. Bye Felicia!!!

They wanted me to complete a 15 minute form as part of my one hour massage. When I protested the person at the counter was nasty. Later I discovered the owner was stalking me and confronted me as I came out of another store. He was 'thug like' and I sensed he wanted a physical confrontation. I called to complain to the head office but they showed no interest. Stay away from this place, it's bad news.

This was my son's and mine first and probably last visit. The massage therapist didn't listen to anything I told him about where I needed attention and the amount of pressure I needed. I specifically mentioned my neck needed the most and he literally never touched my neck the whole hour. I requested firm pressure but he literally stroked my back barely applying any pressure. I left hurting more than when I came. Wasted 160 for nothing. My son's was the same experience.
