Buzzers was not working and you were asked to wait outside until a nurse let you in, waited 20 min called and waited 20 more only to have the nurse answer the door and tell me I was 20 more min away from my appointment, I asked why was I left outside in the -3F temperatures, she answered "I was on my Dinner " THEIR SLOGAN SAYS " WE PUT PEOPLE FIRST" I felt insulted and abandoned.

Do not get a doctor with this clinic, reception is completely unprofessional, specifically Melissa, they brush you off and then blame YOU for something they did. Switching doctors ASAP. I wish I could give this place a negative 10 as a 1 is even too much.
