Knowledgable doctor and he really cares about his patients. He really goes out of his way to make the experience comfortable for families. The clinic is designed so that your child feels more welcomed (cars on ceiling, play area, etc.), not the traditional doctor's office.

Before being referred to Dr. Salim by our current family doctor we went to several specialists and had two other past family doctors who simply didn't find out what was wrong with our son(for what ever reason.) In the first 5 minutes, Dr. Salim asseted the problem! Fast forward a year and our son is on his way to being where he needs to be. We are very happy...I whole-heartedly recommend Dr. Salim to any parent in Brantford and beyond if there is something going on with your child especially digestively. I have met several parents in the community who also had similar troubles as we were having and they went to Dr. Salim and he resolved it. He is humble, professional and exceptional with children.

Dr. Salim, along with the staff have been amazing!! He has helped my daughter so much over the last couple months! He is very quick to getting the appointments my daughter needs! He never makes me feel rushed or brushed off. He explains everything so I am able to understand, and he takes the time to answer all of my questions! The office staff is so friendly and ready to help! I highly recommend Dr. Salim!

This Dr likes to lay blame on the parents for everything that is wrong with there child when you bring them in. Not to mention how can you take this Dr serious with such tight ball hugging pants. If your looking for a good pediatrician I recommend dr McIntyre

My son went there with stomach issues. Pain. Constipation. The staff is not friendly very stoned faced. We waited twice a long time to go in. First appt Dr Salim did do an in-house mobile ultrasound results but they needed to be reviewed. Another detailed ultrasound was done at 40 shellington. Met Dr salim a month later he still said he had to speak to the radiologist's. You would think he had a month to be organized and have the answers ready. Now after the second visit he still didn't have answers. He was polite but doesn't know the knowledge he needs to be a good doctor. He refers us to McMaster. Where they called many times to obtain a disc copy of the ultrasound. No one called McMaster back. So we drove to McMaster, paid 25 for parking and still no answers about the cyst on my sons spleen. I called back to explain the wasted drive, the parking and visit and the secretary made rude excuses it was MY responsibility to get the disc. No one told me. No one apologized for confusion or misunderstanding. I guess its much easier to blame everyone else. This rude secretary could have said sorry you are upset let's see what we can do to make it better but she didn't. Its unfortunate but we won't be back to see Dr. Salim EVER!!! And we will never recommend him to anyone. Such a shame. He was very polite but didn't have any answers. Always easier to pass the patient to someone else. Our new pediatrician at McMaster apologized for Dr Salim and said don't worry we will complete an extensive ultrasound and we will see you immediately after that. Please don't take your child there. You will only leave upset and confused.

Worst doctor in the world. Incompetent and lazy, rathers to get money on evisits than do his actual job. Randomly sends you to the er during a pandemic so he can avoid seeing you.

Fit us in under short notice when my wife was having difficulties breast feeding our son. Dr Salim and Joan (the Lactation specialist) were great. Very patient and helpful, always happy to see us on return visits.
