Update - they are extremely efficient considering the ongoing pandemic and back logs they have to deal with. New Receptionist is fantastic. New building across from Rexall is small but alot cleaner than past place. I have no issues with Dr Arora. She provides me the services required for a medical physician. She's straight forward.

It would be awesome if someone was ever around the front desk so an appointment can be made. Called all Friday until they closed at noon. Have been calling for an hour today.

Not really impressed . Decent staff but how dare the doctor tell me I'm not a good healer and I should grow facial hair to cover up my issue . ???????? I am to be clean shaven for my job #1, #2 I came to you to have it looked at and fixed . Literally spent no time examining. Just told me I'm not a good healer and I should do anything about it !?!? :o I'm so in awe . Worst doctor ever !!!!

I can never get a hold of a doctor here. I’m having some concerns and no one gets back to me! The doctor here doesn’t actually care about her patients as her actions show. Like what’s the point on having a doctor if you can never get in to see her????

Hunted for a family physician in Brantford and was finally told by this office that they were accepting new patients, so I signed up. A week and a half later, having heard nothing and never being able to get through on the phone, I went in to the office to be informed that I had been accepted on to a WAITING list. Not helpful when I need my prescriptions filled and my former doctor now practices in east Toronto.

I can literally never get a hold of this doctors office. I’ve been trying to get a hold of them for about a month about two calls they’ve made to my house when I’m at work.

Why even bother having a phone? Been trying to get ahold of this doctor for weeks, calling at all hours of operating hours. I'd be less annoyed if they just completely disconnected their phone considering they don't use it anyway

Impossible to book an appointment - call Thursday at 11:15am and get a voicemail that the office is closed and reopens the next day at 9:00am, call the next day at 9am and get a new voicemail that the office is closed until the following week. The new voicemail also says the the office had been open on that Thursday until 12pm - no idea when the place is actually open but extremely frustrated and trying to find a new family doctor. EDIT: The latest. Call on a Thursday morning - find out the office is closed from the day before at 12pm until the next TUESDAY at 11am. It's not a long weekend this weekend... I don't understand what kind of office this is and why the hours change constantly but wow. Frustrating.

This doctor has no ethics. When we got a new doctor, she wanted $50 for the records to be transferred. Being on a pension, my 87 year old mother could not afford this..so all we wanted was a description of a past procedure so she wouldn't have to go through it again! The receptionist at the time said she would pull that info.. great rite? No, one month later I called to follow up, told that receptionist is gone now and I cannot have any info as she's not a patient any longer. So because dr Aurora and team will not relay a 30 second convo of her results from a scope, my mom will have to endure the painfull procedure again... Tks for being so caring about people! NOT...

I'm not sure why Dr aurora has such bad reviews? She's been my doctor since I was 10, I'm now 26. very caring yet professional and ensures all my medical needs are met.

I had my first appointment with Dr Arora by telephone. I have been without a family doctor for over a year. She was very nice and extremely thorough. She ensured all outstanding issues and tests were addressed. So happy to have a wonderful family doctor.

Reception at this office is not very good, as others have posted. Her receptionist complained to me that writing down my Health Card number was "work" that I created for her- are you kidding me? Rarely is the phone answered either, based on my experience.
