This place is fantastic. Its clean and welcoming. The staff there are great people. They use your first name the moment you walk in. I find their rates extremely affordable. They will work with your insurance company and/or give you a receipt to submit - just ask. I highly recommend coming here if you want something better than your average massage.

Very disappointed. Scheduled 75 minutes for full body massage but therapist did not massage several areas. I told her deep tissue, but the last 15 min she lightly rubbed my neck & shoulders. I didnt feel anything.I had her 2 years ago & she did a great job. This time not so. Its like she was tired & didn't pay attention to the areas I asked her to. Never again.

From the second I walked in all employees were kind and respectful. The facility is very approachable and well set up. The rmt took her time and listened to my concerns. She made up a treatment plan with my consent, that was best fit for my needs. She made my first massage experience very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. Any questions I had she helped me understand what could be happening or why it can be occurring. I highly recommend Brantford therapeutic massage for anyone who is looking for an RMT.

I do NOT recommend using thier online booking forum. My experience was not good. The receptionist forgot to put me in their schedule. The dialog took place a week before the time and date offered to me in the emails. To the business: More attention needs to be paid to emails coming in. Responses to my emails took well over 24hrs and then I was forgotten.

I came to this massage spa on Dec 12, 2018. Becareful when you are booking a massage here. I thought I was going to have a massage by a female, since on the Google page there is a picture of 5 ladies. When I called they didn't tell me it was going to be with a Male. I had a massage by a young man named Justin White, it was very awkward having a Male massage my back. I called the spa the next day, and she just told me we can make a note to only give you a massage by a female. I wish I cancelled my massage appointment that day.

I went once about 2 weeks ago. I thought that the massage was only ok. I kept saying i was having problems with my lower back but the therapist wasn't spending any time on there. Instead she kept working on my neck. It was a clean place and friendly but i think i will find another place when i have a problem

Went in for a 60 minute full body massage could tell the RMT was very tired, barely used any pressure and did not help with any of the pain I was having. Could also do without the uneducated and uncaring comments about children with special needs. Never going back. You know who you are, if you read this shred my file.

Ive been going to Brantford Therapeutic Massage for about 1.5 years now. All the girls there are wonderful. I had been seeing Alex (laser) for a while and she really knows her profession well. I had a few questions about laser because i was so new to it, she was very helpful and was able to answer everything for me. Most recently I've been dealing with Ally (massage). I suffer from constant muscle tension on my right side due to a birth defeat. Ally has been able to help relieve a lot of my tension making my day to day life much better. Just recently, I sprained my ankle and with Allys help, she's been able to make it feel much better. I highly suggest visiting Brantford therapist for any laser or massage appointments. The girls there are fantastic and are very flexible with hours.

I've been to a number of chiro's and massage therapists over the decades and bar none Karen is my go to girl. So respectful, professional and amazing at what she does. Next to my wife, her hands, elbows and forearms rock! She's so open and supportive of other options to compliment her craft.
