Reception service was garbage, not a smile whatsoever, quite the opposite. Seats are run down and look like they should all be thrown out. Not a friendly place at all, I will avoid unless I'm dying.

The whole experience was very confusing and no employees were helpful at all. Dr. Azer was incredibly rude. In fact the ordeal left me crying in the pharmacy corner. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic for anyone who isn’t super experienced with walk in clinics as it is not user friendly.

This place is so awesome, once with my little girl, the doctor was so pleasant and gentle. Acceptional. Went myself, wait was not only minimal doctor was professional and gave consideration to my concerns. Wow, this is the best walk in clinic in South Western Manitoba.

It was the worst place I've ever been. There was 5 people, one couple went in three times . No ones working here. Counter is rude and uneducated. I have been waiting for like an hour and a half.Doctor was really nice and friendly, was impressed by him.

I am also thankful to Other staff as they are supportive and friendly. I am really appreciated service of Dr Shunmugan and other staff. They deserve 5 rating.

Worst place ever i when there yesterday and make me wait an a hour then I ask how long have to wait they talk was one person ahead of me and was empty then people start coming in and then I ask again how long and they talk me have to wait another 2 hours I just leave completely ridiculous.

very unprofessional receptionist at the front desk they are very rude also. went there at 9 am and the WALK IN place said they don't take walk in till 11. they don't specify what the walk in time on website unless you go in and ask one of the very rude desk people

Been there with a friend on March 18. As my friend said doctor is good, but I`d like to give my 5 star to the counter staff. Very helpful and extremely friendly! Great mood for the rest of a day! Thank you and GOOD JOB!!! Your attitude has brought you one more new customer for sure.

I had an appointment with Dr. ghebrial. He broke a needle filled with lidocaine in my ingrown toenail. He pulled it out like nothing happened. Then he told me to wait 15 minutes for it to be fully numb. It was about 20-25. By the time he started the numbing was wearing off. By the time he was half way done I wasn’t numb. It ended up growing back and getting infected so it was worse after the pain.

They do not deserve a star at all, the Doctor’s that are their are really compassionate for their patients, BUT it’s the business that runs the place needs to be looked at ?? The staff are racist to the max and have no sense , in average with an appointment or without we have waited 4 hrs to see our family doctor, what a very unprofessional staff, If they want us to wait in line for 4 hours they need to have the waiting room with activities for children, Not a child friendly place....

My Physician was Dr. R.Shunmugam, and he is very considerate and has chosen the best possible treatment for me for which I was only more aware about later. I believe my health problem has safely regressed mainly thanks to my peace and trust feeling with the doctor . The staff I often met was a young lady usually working at noon time, and she's nice and very helpful.

Literally the worst medical clinic I've been to in Brandon. Woman dr was indifferent and showed no compassion, concern. Acted like patient (me) was a nuisance more than anything.
