Used to love this doctor, then I got a service dog. She denies me medical care now that I need to bring my service dog with me. She's legally allowed to go anywhere that I go so I'm not sure what the problem is.. besides lack of respect for the law and myself.

Dr. Heibesh is the sweetest person you can meet always smiling, always nice to talk to. However her husband at the front desk, treats people like they are no one. It is a shame that you have to go through him first to see her.

Front Desk wouldn't let us in to see the doctor because my girlfriend had her SERVICE DOG with her, the doctor told her to bring the dog when she came in and then reception told her she had to leave the dog with them, totally unacceptable. My girlfriend still needs to be treated for an infected cat bite as well. Unbelievable!

We just had our meet and greet and i couldn't ask for a doctor with a better disposition or genuineness!! ????????

I have not had the same experience as some of the other's commenting here and have been treated respectfully on the phone and in person by reception.

Her husband is very rude and disrespectful when answering the phone. Makes for really bad buisness for this clinic.

I was supposed to get vaccinated in there but they were closed. Other person was standing next to me and call them. You guys told me to come 4:30 lol what r u doing? I called them like literally arguing my gf by phone. However they never get the phone call and i left after 30ms. I took a 3days off cuz of vaccine. Such a frustrating experience ever
