I think this is a top clinic The staff are fantastic .. the receptionists are so nice and the doctors have all been too notch .. never feel rushed there and feel like they genuinely care about their patients Grateful to have a place like this ✌

Walked in an empty waiting room at 1:30 for a simple routine prescription. Waited until 2:15 before giving up and moving on to millers who put me through (persciption in hand) in less than 5!

Rude front desk receptionist. Im still talking to her and she said we are close no more questions. (I got there at 4pm sharp, knowing they close at 6pm) BECAUSE WE ARE CLOSE i said yah i can read it was close but i want to ask some question if how many people do you accept everyday. And she closes the door.

I usually go to this clinic a lot but this time when I called in to the clinic to see how many people were in the waiting line the receptionist was very rude. Most likely not going back for a while and going to the other clinics which have nice staff.

This clinic is a joke! They tell you an hour and you wait three. The receptionist with the dark hair has no Idea how to do Her job! Turning people away at 6:30 (when they close at 8) and telling them to go to dr bennings office.. what kind of "walk-in" service is this? Not to mention they don't put anyone through in order!

I normally like this clinic but the last 3 times were really a bad experience, only with the receptionist. She seemed very nice and sympathetic with the person in front of us but as soon as we came to the counter you can hear an exasperation / sigh and a totally change in her tone as though taking my.kids was an inconvenience to her. I'll be making a formal complaint as well. I know people have good days and bad days but to treat one patient differently from one to the next is absurd and isn't a coincidence.

Receptionist was quite rude to not only us but the person in front of us. Demanded the lady tell her “specifically” why she was there…in front of 4 other people. (I understand COVID and all but no other place does this) since when do you have to tell the receptionist your reason for seeing the doctor?? Besides that she seemed very annoyed with us even being there like it was a burden to her. Maybe on off day I don’t know. But the doctor we seen was great! Not our regular walk in-and definitely won’t be going back because of that experience.

Fast. yes some days I wait a little bit more but oh well if I’m in and out in 2h its fine with me. I have never waited more that 2h and its better than Quebec or other places where they have to wait a minimum of 12 hours most of the time.

2nd time I have drove to town to take one of my children to the walk in to find out that they closed early (more then an hour). The worst part is this time on my way in i called them and after a few rings someone picked up and hung up the phone. This is horrible. Your not a convenience store. People rely on you!!
