The Story Isn't Over has been a welcoming safe place for me to heal as I explore the traumas from my past and build experiences for the future. I have been a client of this clinic for well over a year and would recommended it to anyone looking for extra support on the journey through life. There are many therapist to choose from (I recommend reading their individual bios for what resonates most with you but if unsure, the staff is very dedicated in helping you find someone that is a good fit.) With covid different protocols were put in place which made me feel comfortable to come in office when possible, as well as the online booking system and virtual appointments have allowed me to flawlessly attend, even during the lockdowns and stay at home orders. In times of crisis, the staff ensures that you are looked after, (even if you had had no prior history with them). I have been in and out of many therapy clinics, and The Story Isn't Over has had a major positive effect on my life and I am extremely grateful I made the call to them.

Room is nicely decorating to bring comfort to clients. Location of office is great. High price for senior therapists (170 for 50 minutes), no packages or discounted rates. Excellent web portal to book appointments and see availability. They do offer virtual sessions and by phone. They do check in after a few months to see how you’re doing if you haven’t been in.

My boyfriend left a review that was deleted and now as a previous patient I am just going to say 1 thing. I sincerely hope you don’t put another person in the horrible dangerous position you left me in. There was no follow up after extreme negligence. You should have some ownership here. You are dealing with people’s lives make sure you are qualified to give treatment and you educate yourself on domestic abuse. I agree with Kale’s review you are not qualified and shouldn’t claim you are. I hope this helps someone else by making you consider.

Trish is a great human being, she's empathetic, kind and bluntly real at times, she seems to care and actually listen which is making all the difference for me. My journey has just begun but I'm glad I'm doing it here. I can't speak to any of the other therapists, but Trish is trying to do good and trying to help with her skills and resources.
