ALERT!!! I had such a terrible experience, first they booked me for end of July after a 3 month wait, and then they called me to re-book me because she will not be available.then I get there for my 12:30pm appointment she takes me at 1:15pm, absolutely unacceptable. Then on top of that you have to pay for your parking so angry. She asked me why my doc is sending me to so many doc's I'm in pain how dare you ask such A ridiculous question. She doesn't know how to deal with patients at all. I was answering her questions and she was rolling her eyes with attitude and flipping her hair. I don't care if you are a Dr it doesn't give you the right to talk and treat people this way. I got very upset with her and told her we are done, and I asked her why are you rolling your eyes after I answer your questions. She has the nerve to tell me I never rolled my eyes.. I'm not blind lady!! I got up and she opened the door wand you can see that she was angry, She used her hand pointing her me to leave her office. She said okay we can do this another time, she was talking under her breath... She mentioned rescheduling me back. I told her I will NEVER COME BACK TO YOU AGAIN!! I have never ever seen such unprofessional from any doctor as I seen from her. And the way she got up from her chair and raise her voice after our confrontation Unacceptable!!! She should not be in practice at all!!

Not a good doctor to go to ,she dr pakaksic is a very selfish doctor,she plays games with her patients,don’t ever give her any medical paper work to do for you ,she takes years to complete it ,with lots of lies and excuses, just keep you hanging on to straws , and always keeps inventing new things to delay you , she has even cause me to miss my medication,just very slow with lots of lies an games ,I strongly don’t recommend her at all, if you are I’ll ,this one can make you more I’ll. She an the secretary, has more excuses than a cow can handle . You know by their tones and attitude,they don’t care a hoot for you . They only care what benefits they can acquired from.This kind of so call DR is what gives the real good doctors out there a bad name and reputation ,this kind of Dr plays with people that’s I’ll ,people that came out from hospital Beds , this is the kind DR the government of Canada needs to keep their eyes on ,she and her secretary is like BONNY AN CLYDE ,just one bunch of lies ,nothing they say comes out their mouths as truth! I wouldn’t want these two to be ruling our country,they will mess up the people a lot and run away and hide when they get caught or make you waiting sick on your stretchers in line out in the cold ,and they will never show up ,very very very bad disappointments in the medical sectors of our community!!!!!!!!

I was very impressed by Dr. Paleksic. She was very thorough, pleasant and definitely helped me tremendously with my back problems and related difficulties. She had me go through various scans after the first appointment to figure out where the problems were and what to do about the worst of them. The exercises she gave me when I first went I still do some two years later. The Doctor really helped me get walking, and doing physical work again! Thank you so much. PS; to the person complaining about the secretary, there was a pretty bad one there on my first appointment, the second time the secretary was fine. They are not a big deal in the overall scheme of things. I suspect the Doctor is too nice to have said anything to the first secretary.

Took my mom for an appointment here. Appontment took a while to book (11 months) as Dr. Paleksic is the only doctor in this area with her field of expertise. The wait was worth it. Amazing doctor, very knowledgeable. No issues, will be seeing her again for a follow-up.

This is my experience: 1. The office calls me the day of my appt to "confirm" for an EARLIER time. 2. Upon calling to say I was running behind, the receptionist claims she left a msg on my phn the day before with the new time. She did not!! 3.I was threatened with a fee if I rescheduled and told that the doctor would not be able to wait for me. 4. After waiting for months to see this doctor, I turned around and went home.

You have to pay for parking here. Dr Paleksic lacks knowledge and was unable to provide any valuable feedback or recommendations. She was of no help and left me feeling highly disrespected. She wasn't professional and didn't even try to care or put in any effort into my case. Avoid at all costs.
