Terrible staff, and they submit invalid coding to insurance knowing that it would be denied, which results in new patients getting billed more than expected. Very shady business practices & uneducated very unprofessional office staff.

Staff is great! Donna and Jessica both are amazing, they listen and understand your specific needs. I would highly suggest both! I see negative reviews about staff, but sometimes I feel its more about how you approach them. You get what you give...me and both of my sons go there and we love them all!!

Lisa Shallenberger has been a huge blessing in my life by providing excellent care as I navigate ADHD. She is personable, knowledgeable, and seeks to truly help her patients improve their quality of life. She always has a smile on her face which makes the experience even more personable. Really happy with how quickly I was seen. I recently moved from out of state and it was so nice to have a smooth transfer of care. I didnt have to go through my entire series of life events to get the help I needed. I really liked my doctor, too. Dr. Raju was very friendly and easy to talk to. One thing I've always disliked about going to psychiatrists in the past was feeling like I had to jump through a million hoops. I didn't feel that way at all with him, which was so nice.

Phone never get answer, Dr. never follow up with what they say they will. never call back when they say there only 1 therapist in the Ocoee office and she is always booked, only work 3 days a week.. need to do better, if not they will lose all 4 of my children as patients.

Very rude & unprofessional staff that doesn't care about their patients. Will not send in prescriptions on time. They lose patient files, paperwork and do not return requested phone calls. I would rate them a "0" if it was available.

First of all the map location for this office is inaccurate. I'm sitting in their office as I write this, and it says their building is down the road. I have never experienced such unproffesional treatment by both the doctors and the rest of the staff. Uneducated, rude, and unorganized. They are currently in a panic because several appointments were booked and most of their staff is still at lunch. Every experience has been the same, wait 20-30 minutes until they are ready for your appointment, a quick prescription gets written, and you get shoved out the door within 10 minutes to make room for the next person. They don't care about their patients, just about their money. Hopefully this will be my last appointment at this office.

My autistic twin boys have been going to OPA since 2016, and they always treat me and them with the outmost respect, I recommend this place to anyone that has someone with mental problems or for themself. We had Dr’s in the past that were so cold, and rude to them that they didn’t wanted to go to them, this made it a struggle to take them to the office. Dr. Martinez is such a great Dr, I would not change her for anyone. She knows their name, and talks to them like a friend and that gives me comfort.they love going there.

I leave messages no one calls back. Missed an appointment after I believe I rescheduled it. Then I get told I can't get an appointment until December. Admin staff can t problem solve at all.

A pleasent at home consultation with Tomas's psychiatrist Mrs. Donna Martinez. Very friendly and relaxed conversation and most of all helpful in renewing all medication refills. It's a positive alternative during the on going Corona Virus outbreaks. Thanks once again for your professionallism!

Phones never answered. Doctors rush you in and out. As you can probably tell from all the bad reviews. I need my medical records and it's like pulling teeth with these people to get anything done. If you truly seek help, do not go here.

Not a nice place to do business with. The office staff are not there to help you. They dont return calls or answer the phone and when they finally do answer they are unhelpful and uncaring about making appointments or answering basic questions

I went there for help with my daughter and ended up getting help for myself as well. Everyone I have come in contact with where very nice and professional. No complaints. And I never had to wait long to see someone.

Do not waste your time going here. The doctor I made the appointment with was not even in the office the day of my appointment. We ended up seeing a woman who was very flippant and rude. She quickly prescribed my son medicine and we were shooed out the door within 10 mins. We will NOT be returning.
