Worst mental health experience of my life. Was convinced to go a facility in VA that had only just opened their mental health part, as in I was the only patient. So they put me in with the detox patients without informing anyone so I was treated withdrawing from drugs. The Dr who said he had done all this research & picked that place didn't apologize & acted like there was no big deal. It was beyond traumatic

Receptionists were very friendly but the doctor was extremely rude and talked over me the entire time while i tried to express my feelings. The doctor did not care what I had to say. Would NOT go here is friendliness is a priority for you!

Very grateful for my kind, helpful, and understanding psychiatrist that finally helped me get on the medications I need to function daily with bipolar disorder. I am the happiest I have ever been in my life with minimal mood fluctuations that are now extremely manageable. Counseling was beneficial for a short period of time, but it seems that many counselors are focused on SFBT (Solution Focused Brief Therapy) rather than long-term psychoeducation, coping skills, and getting to the root of traumas and issues. I respect the counselors I have seen, and they have helped minimally, but I think it is important to tailor counseling sessions to best benefit the needs of the client.

Went to their office to start seeing a doctor in Greenville, got a phone call almost a month later, after their provider & office manager decided that ‘they couldn’t see me’. Not sure why this would be. Sounds like discrimination, as I had formerly been seen at a low cost clinic for people who primarily had substance abuse problems. Still waiting to hear from the office manager on why I can’t be seen at their office. I will make sure to tell everyone I know to avoid this office. Highly highly unprofessional. Doesn’t seem like they adhere to the hippocratic oath, either: Will be escalating my complaint to NCDHHS after I hear back from the office manager.

I give this place 5 giant Stars. My time with them has ended, I saw Christy & Lex while I was going to GPA and they are just Wonderful people as well are the Receptionist. All of them are just Awesome and I will miss seeing them all. Thanks GPA ????????????????????????

Dr. Lane and my therapist Judy are wonderful. Everyone is so friendly and helpful! ...and customer care has been this way for the past 4 years. Highly recommended and so greatful i found this office in my time of need.

From Regina Griffin: Incredibly difficult to get anyone to answer phones. When you make appointments, doctors cancel them and do not reschedule, when you run out of medication, the best way to get them refilled is to camp out at their office. I’m on a VERY ADDICTIVE MEDICATION, HAVE CALLED 4 times, missed 4 days of pills - STILL with NO success. Also they will not call you back regardless of what doc say. I’d say none of them really care at all.
