I went to this office from ~ 2015-2018. I have gone through 2 doctors and 1 counselor: 1 left the practice; 1 did nothing at all but yawn; and 1 is not listening to anything I have to say but keeps adding new meds to my list. If you want a good pill-pusher, ask *****. Although, she is late for every appointment so make sure you have time to sit around for 15-45 mins.
I constantly had problems refilling meds at CVS (I've been there for 2+ years) and my doctor was never able to be found I called the office to speak to on-call nurses for refills (and leave a recording) at least 2-3 times before they re-send it. They don't always have reminder calls, so mark your calendar! No shows & cancellations within less than 24 hours are both $75 fees.
Also, they kept sending me a $15 bill which I had paid in-office, and it somehow jumped to over $100 for "late payment". Therefore, they wouldn't let me schedule another appointment (which means I couldn't get med refills) until the bill was paid! Keep your receipts via debit/credit card. The small printed receipts fade and you'll be left with a white paper square - so don't use cash!
Lastly, I was dropped by BCBS under my parent's plan because I turned 26 in September. Now it is October and I have MA Health (ConnectorCare2), and my current doctor doesn't accept it - AFTER I already went to the appointment; and AFTER she added a new med to the list.
Check your list of doctors through your health insurance plan before going anywhere! Usually, there are more open appointments in spring. Good luck!
