I started seeing Ayesha Rashid two months ago and though I only see her once a month, it's something I look forward too. She's an advocate for affordable health care and always checks to see if my medication is affordable with my insurance. She's an attentive listener and I love updating her on my progress with her. I've also never had a bad experience with any receptionist even when I couldn't get my insurance figured out. I wish I could bring this office with me after I graduate and move back home

Please be warned about this business. They are incompetent, unprofessional, unresponsive, and outright rude. ???????????? As others have said, the receptionist is very rude. Every time you call, it goes to voicemail. They often don’t return your call, and if they do it’s often delayed. I always have to call multiple times, email (they rarely respond), and eventually I have to go to their office in person. Given Dr. Rashid’s personality, I’m surprised she hasn’t already addressed this. Dr. Rashid is “nice” but unfortunately she is unprofessional and does not understand her patient’s needs. When I had an urgent-but-non-emergency need, she didn’t respond until a week later. The medication she prescribed were not adequate giving her understanding of my history. But that time she responded, I found another psychiatrist who professional and competent. Ultimately, I had to fire Clear Creek Psychiatry as my provider. I hope this review helps future patients avoid the headache.

I have been coming here for 5 years. I used to love Stacy and she listened and made sure I was being taken care of. She is no longer there, and now I’m seeing Aaron and the first appointment with him he told me I had to get a drug test and gave me no additional information why I had to and refused to refill my medication until I did. The second time, he looked at me once and typed on his computer and just asked the basic questions. Not to mention I haven’t seen Dr. Rashid in 2 years. Very disappointed.

I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Rashid but the day of the appointment I was told I’d be seeing Ms. Weiman for some reason. After my appointment I was told I would receive a call to schedule a follow up and emailed a list of therapists they recommend. Waited 24hrs, no call or email so I called to schedule it myself. I was also told I needed to get blood work done but was never told where or when. The appointment with Ms. Weiman was great, she seems nice but I feel like they could do better with following up. UPDATE: this issue and my concerns were followed up with and addressed immediately. I love dr rashid!

I have been going here for some time and have seen many of the providers that work here. Dr Rashid, Mcdowell, Weiman and They have all treated me with compassion and I have not once felt like they were judging me. They have worked with me to help get me the treatment that I needed. They take the time to listen and answer any questions I may have. Any time that I call to schedule an appointment I get a speedy reply. The front office staff is always courteous. I will go here as long as their services are needed.

Since Stacy has left I have had a horrible experience at this place. Ive been on the same meds for adhd for 4 years and have had to go long periods of time over the last several months without these meds due to numerous issues with the folks there. The consequences of being without these meds have been severe for me. Today was the final straw, I was 9 minutes late to a phone meeting with my doctor and they cancelled my appointment. Since I have waited as long as an hour for appointments before and I have been coming there for years I will no longer be seeing them.

I have been seeing Dr Rashid for a few years now, and she has always made me feel like I was her only patient, regardless of how many were in the waiting room. I appreciate that she is concerned with my physical health as well as my mental health. She has treated me during my pregnancy, and I was completely assured that me and my baby were in good care. Her staff is very professional and always handles any issues I may have with appointments, refills, insurance or just difficult pharmacies. I can only imagine how difficult it would be to assist so many of us with our different personalities and issues. I have always felt they go above and beyond! I highly recommend Clear Creek Psychiatry to anyone who needs psychiatric care but doesn’t want to be treated like a psycho!

Clean office, nice staff, and even the doctor that saw me was was nice. But that's about where the positive experience ended. I wanted to be seen for a diagnosis, as I feel I suffer greatly from ADD and think medication would help with my extensive list of symptoms. I was even asked why I was there and what I wanted from the appointment. In fact what had happened was I answered questions only to find out that I am leaning towards bipolar disorder, which I already knew. I was given a "new medication" to try out that carries a laundry list of side effects that already line up with the symptoms I'm experiencing. I was given a "very small" dose ofmedication that is used to treat schizophrenia, and come to find out the dose is what is given to people with pretty severe schizophrenia. What gets me the most is I was asked why I was paying $340 to be there, and it fell on deaf ears who only wanted me to get set up on a medication that would make the office alot of money instead of just listening to what I'm saying. I'm glad others had good experiences, the good reviews are why I chose to try this place out. Now I feel like I just wasted my money and it's gonna be months before I can save up enough to go see someone else who might be able to help...

horrible experience. again i was looking forward to this doctor from all the positive reviews but i just felt like a number. never asked how my symptoms started or anything just asked a few questions and left with a new prescription.in and out in 7 minutes. my search continues for a doctor that will treat you like a human being and not some number. stay away

I wish there were an option to give zero stars because this sad excuse of an office and dr deserves that. This place does NOT care for their patients and it shows. I have only met with this Dr once and the rest of my meetings have been with different nurse practioners every. single. time. Not only that but they have failed to fill my medications 3 different times and I have had terrible crashes because of it, I am not sure if its the office who does not relay the message or the doctor just neglecting her patients but it is extremely dangerous. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Don't bother wasting your money on a 5 minute call of a doctor just asking if you want to go up on your meds and disregarding you and how you're feeling.

Absolutely the best patient advocate I could have hoped for! No matter the challenges you are facing this office will do everything possible to get the most advanced treatments. The doctor takes her time to listen and ensure she gets all the details of progress. My son loves to visit when it’s time for his appt. It's been 6 months since I started with this clinic, and YES Covid was the reason I searched out a good Psychiatrist. I am so glad I chose Dr Rashid and her group. From the start I was treated with compassion. This was all new to me, so I must tell them, I appreciate all the empathy and care they showed to help get me stabilized and feeling better. Dr. Rashid was great with my minor son. However, the receptionist and office staff is rude, plain incompetent. When asked to transfer assessment information to Pediatrician, I was asked to come to the office to sign a release form in person. Refused to let me sign it on-line. After spending hour and a half round trip to fill out a form that took only 2 minutes..... the record was not transferred for over three weeks. When called the office and asked for the Office Manager, receptionist put me on hold for a long time before the Office Manager answered. No paying client deserves such ugly treatment and incompetent results.

I moved here around 3 weeks ago. I had just came out of a OP program, for mental help. My Husband & I where very hesitant on the move at this time, but financially it was a must. With that said, we looked very hard to find me help right away. Do our research on different places in the area. We decided to go with Clear Creek Psychiatry. I choice Samatha Sharpe therapist. I arrived at the office a little late ( maybe 10 min.). I did get lost. Had to really persuade the front office to still see me. But a very nice receptionist decided that it could still work just a shorter visit. I visit with Ms Sharpe and have all my info. She refilled my meds. Except the one that I was not in need of. She let me know just to call and I could get it when needed. It was a controlled substance for my ADHD. I was informed that all Pt. Have to have a UA done when on these types of meds. Completely understood and did not mind. Went the next day. After this I called the office to get this refilled ( on the Friday morning before the holiday). Left a message, never heard back. So I called on The following Tuesday morning talked with receptionist explained. She informed me she would send her a message. Waited to here back never did. Called the next morning. ( Wed.)by now I have been without this med. for 2days and was very much feeling a side effect. The next morning I called they informed me of the note Ms Sharpe sent back that said, they would not be filling this until I saw a Primary Care dr. I asked why she couldn’t tell me. (I have been on this med for 5yrs.)So I just asked if Ms. Sharpe could possibly call me and explain. Never heard a thing. I called them by late afternoon and informed them that I had never been treated with such lack of respect and empathy than my Ms. Sharpe. I completely lost all respect for this place and just moved on. But definitely was not treated bad by the receptionist. She was just the go between. But felt like I had to write this and let others know. This is exactly what’s wrong with our mental health system today. Thanks for reading, just a fellow concerned mental health Patient! Dr. Rashid is the absolute best psychiatrist that I have ever encountered. I have suffered with insomnia since I was a child and I am almost 50. You name it, I have tried it. I ended up going to Dr. Rashid because I had an insurance change and the doctor that I was using was out-of network under my new insurance. I was already familiar with her because she treats my son for ADHD, and I was pleased with her regarding my son. The first thing that she had told me was that the Temazepam could cause me to have memory loss, and when I looked it up, she was correct. My previous doctor had me on Temazepam to help me to relax, and Trazodone to fall asleep, which worked okay, but what she suggested next, made me apprehensive. Dr. Rashid advised me to go to Erma's nutrition store and buy melatonin, and to take it to help me to relax, and then take my Trazadone. Of course I was like "melantonin, really Dr. Rashid." But to be a good sport, and went ahead and tried it.....IT ACTUALLY WORKED! There were some days that I took the melatonin, and didn't need the Trazadone. I highly recommend her, and I think that she is a fantastic human being. She is also very personable, and beautiful. I just can't say enough good things about her. The only issue that I am having now, which is EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING is that when you have an appointment, you won't get your medication until a week later or more. It makes you feel like you didn't keep an appointment, and they are giving you a refill as a favor. I have never had to wait a week after an appointment to get a refill unless a prior authorization was required, and when my medication did require a prior authorization, I waited a month. It definitely has changed and it's very disheartening. I don't want to leave her, but it looks like I may have to. AND I HATE IT BECAUSE I ABSOLUTLEY LOVE HER!

The staff called me to check me in to my appointment but I was half asleep and they were laughing at me then told me they would be putting my treatment on hold. I never saw a psychiatrist just a physicians assistant and they were very unhelpful I was already in the process of looking for a new one.

The ONLY REASON I'm giving this place of business two stars is because of how wonderful the PA, Stacy is. She actually listened to my needs and assisted me in finding a medication that is helpful. Other than that, this place is not worth your money or time! The new receptionist is EXTREMELY INCOMPETENT! I called on several occasions and the phone was never answered and when it finally was I was put on hold for about 15 minutes and then hung up on! The next time I got an answer, the receptionist told me she would maybe call me back! What?!! So my next appointment I address the situation with the office manager and she basically calls me a liar and that the new staff is spectacular. Yeah, I think not. Just because you supposedly have had no other complaints does not mean you won't get any and when you do, you should address them cordially NOT implying that I'm lying. The staff is a JOKE!

Such a shame to have such a great doctor with such horrible staff! Receptionist are always extremely rude and unprofessional. There is always someone new. They also capitalize off of giving out cancellation fees, especially during COVID when meetings are done virtual and the only way to connect is for the receptionist to call you.. in my case they didn’t. Has happened to me twice now. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go... please invest your time in a more organized location... save your patience and mental stability for your own sake!

I am new to the area and needed to establish with a new Dr. I was a little shocked to hear that the Dr did not have availability until April, but once the receptionist offered a Nurse Practitioner and explained the process of how the Dr reviews each case with the Nurse Practitioner, they were able to book me within a week. I saw Aaron and he was very through with my treatment going forward and I was very happy with him all the way around. Highly Recommend!

Very poor customer service. It’s obvious they don’t care. They make you feel like you’re a bother to them. It is almost impossible to get prescriptions of any kind refilled. The ‘doctor’ has made mistakes on actually writing the prescription correctly. The staff don’t care. -do not go here - I’m reporting them to the state.
