I’m so glad I chose this treatment, it’s helped so much with my depression and cognitive function. The staff here at TMS is remarkable, especially Kaitlyn. She makes the experience feel safe and is genuinely interested in your recovery. The PAs and psychiatrists here are very helpful as well, they care about your all around health and provide thorough care. 100% recommend to anyone who has treatment resistant depression.

To start, this is a wonderfully decorated and beautiful office. I appreciated the fact that I was scheduled for an in person appointment for the first visit. Starly Alvarado is so professional and thorough. The front desk was very personable and respectful. I would recommend this office for anyone that needs or wants to improve their mental health ❤️

In a post-COVID environment, therapy via Zoom can be challenging. However, Anew Era TMS has a great staff and I would highly recommend their services even over Zoom. I have been working with Jaehyun for a few months and he is always informative, caring and is a great listener.

10/ 10. I wish I could score higher. Kaitlyn, my tech, made sure that was I listened to, cared for, and given the highest quality treatment possible every single morning. I couldn't have asked for a better technician. She would make an incredible asset to absolutely any business. Anew Era tms is very lucky to have her be a part of their team. I also have to thank the head psychiatrist. She's incredibly professional and intelligent. She helped me with securing an appointment with my local sleep study specialist. Went out of her way to help me, a total stranger, get the help that I needed and went above and beyond with every aspect of my treatment. I imagine that she gives the same amount of care and attention to each person she meets seeking help and for that I commend her immensely. Thank you all and I'm looking forward to possibly being a candidate for a second round of treatment after 3 months.

The absolute worst. No one ever answers the phone. You can't get ahold of your doctor in case of emergency. They overbook themselves so if you are a little late to your appointment, they cancel it and charge you $75. I'm having a lapse in insurance, and I couldn't even get ahold of the doctor to fill my meds for 90 days. I had to go to my pcp to have them filled. I'm so disappointed. They seemed so great at first, but they rush you through your appointments, don't care if you need something, and only care about money, not their patients. Do not go here.
