This is a "second home" for many locals. This place and its people are a community in itself. Incredible RMTs (shout out to Kurt/Cedar!), an aesthetician par excellence (I'm talkin' about the one and only Mia), a life coach that get you where you need to go (Hey, Hilary!) not to mention services that include psychotherapy, yoga, reiki and reflexology. Take in a gong bath, go to a solstice paint night, learn about pelvic floor health... it's a one-stop shop for mind, body & spirit self-care.

She Thrives is simply an amazing place, from the wonderful friendly souls working there to welcoming atmosphere of the building. I always enjoy every chance I get to come in. I frequent for meditation as often as I can, and the Sacred Sound Bath events are truly something you must experience. Mia's spa services are fantastic, it might be my favorite little room in the whole place. There is a great selection of products to purchase in the lobby, some perfect gift ideas for sure. I love that we have this space with the services they offer in town. It is truly a unique place.

I have had several message and facial appointments with Ms. Mia. Not only have these been beneficial for my skin care but also my mental destresser. Ms. Mia is very knowledgeable about her products and she knows exactly how to make you relax and let her pamper your skin and mind for a bit. When you leave you feel rested and your skin is glowing. The ladies I have met here are so welcoming and have a vested interest in their clients health and satisfaction of services provided. You can't go wrong visiting this establishment - so many services to choose from - a god send in this area for womens wellness.

From the moment you walk in the door and are greeted so warmly by Dawn or Val you know you are in a safe place that feels like home. From the Uber relaxing and magical facials by Mia, calming and enlightening meditation classes with Stef or the treasured psychotherapy sessions with Liane I have definitely found a place to soothe and rejuvenate not only the body but also the soul. I highly recommended We Thrive, there is something there for everyone!

Perhaps the most welcoming, warm and lovely place in all of Belleville! I have been here for many treatments and sessions...including massage, cranial sacral therapy, yoga, Bowen therapy, and other community events and functions. The people here are so thoughtful and kind...it's like a family! Lovely decor and many interesting items to see! They also offer phsycotherapy, pelvic floor physiotherapy, reflexology, a nutritionist, a Naturopathic Doctor and so much more.

We Thrive is an all inclusive wellness centre. Located in Belleville, Ontario. You are truely received with compassion and understanding. Whether you are having your nails done at the Spa, a RTM is going to release that back pain or tension, or needing a bit of guidance to get your path on track. Plus so many more ways the varied practitioners there can assist you. They also host a variety of events, of interest. Check them out and know you are welcome.

We Thrive Wellness Centre is a wonderful place to find help for a variety of health and wellness needs. The staff are loving and welcoming. I practice yoga and meditation at We Thrive as well as receive treatment by their Registered Massage Therapists and even indulge in a pedicure from time to time! I highly recommend We Thrive to anyone needing any service for their overall well being!

Today was my first visit and everything about it was amazing! Everyone was so friendly, the atmosphere was beautiful and the treatment left me feeling relaxed and refreshed.
