I've been going to Quinte Mind & Body for about 3 years now for yoga, massage and reiki. I can't say enough good things about this place. The people, the professionalism, the offerings, the atmosphere....all top notch! I'd go there more if I had more time! I always look forward to my "me time" here. Keep up the good work! P. S the temperature is always perfect here and for someone who's always cold, that's an added bonus!

I have been going to Quinte Mind & Body for almost a year. The facility is clean, serene and inviting and Samantha is an amazing RMT. She has helped me by working out the painful knots in my neck and shoulder area as well as providing yoga stretching to maintain relief and prevent further issues. Sam is always professional, friendly and genuinely cares about her clients’ wellness. I would highly recommend!

My husband and I have gotten massages for years. The massage experience for us was not great. I asked and emailed to see if the therapists were able to do deep tissue and I was assured they were able to. Trust me no one is capable of doing anything resembling deep pressure, tissue or sports. The service was OK. The 90 minute I purchased was not fulfilled. the massage started late at 2:15. Then it ended early at 3:35. This is not right. The massage was very awkward. The complimentary foot scrub was a waste of time as well. I was told it would take a minute or two by the therapists but she wasted over 10 minutes just putting on a sock. The table was uncomfortable as well. The neck cradle was not good quality. It keep falling. Honestly I was just waiting until it was over

Dana is amazing and has helped me immensely with massage therapy and suggestions for essential oils while I've been dealing with chronic migraines. Thanks to her I have been able to find relief from my pain and she has given me many tips on how to keep symptoms in check, along with stretches to keep the smaller tension headaches away. If you are a migraine sufferer I highly, highly recommend you meet with Dana. She set up a great treatment plan for me and with the hours she has it is has been very convenient with my work schedule. The atmosphere in the space is very relaxing, clean, and comfortable. Stress of the day just lifts away as soon as you walk through the door. Thank you Dana!
