I've never had a bad experience and one of the Drs has been my son's pediatrician for nearly 12 years. Concerns are always dealt with quickly, and referrals to specialists are quickly sent of . Love them there!

Horrible phone service! And horrible phone manners! Canadian health care has turned into numbers and waiting. Unfortunately these pedatricians only care about numbers and that reflects with their person answering phones. Issues are never actually resolved and I got a separate referral to another paed. Doctor in separate area. I would save your headache and do the same because these doctors just don’t care. It’s horrible to think I even went to them with my son’s care thinking I would have answers. Two years of back and forth and when I called today was told I had to get a new referral even though doctor told me to call her ANYTIME!! I hope you all see the post and consider your voice and showing them how it should be instead of just being a number!!!!!!

This Peadiatric consulting group could not be more professional, capable and wonderful! The reception staff is always helpful, professional, accommodating and superb at their job! I have seen several of their doctors both in a hospital setting and office setting....for what would be considered emergencies at one end of the spectrum as well as general appointments at the other end. At both locations and on multiple occasions, the help was quick, thorough and well planned. I left every meeting with confidence in the doctors and their staff. I have also left appointments calm and satisfied with the knowledge that my child is being well taken care of. Follow through has been consistent and I am always happy and extremely grateful for the care we have received. I disagree wholeheartedly with a previous reviewer who indicated the reception staff was rude. Not a chance. They could not be more pleasant and helpful.

I do NOT believe that all children with behaviour problems are ADD/ADHD. Furthermore as far as what I've researched a lot of testing should be done and all parties who interact with the kids should have input! Not mom lying and Doctors not even speaking to dad! Can you say lawsuit!????
