Long wait times and impersonal service - customers are treated like cattle. i had many serious post "green light" prostate passageway enlargement operation complications and side effects to which to which this surgeon took zero responsibility for. I have given hundreds of reviews in many platforms and try to be fair however this is probably one of 5 - "2 star" reviews in my life history I have ever given. Its 100% honest. My life will never be the same because of his operation conducted ...and I try to give him medical " slack " in my mind ... I strongly suggest just look elsewhere. Its more important than you think. Men are so minimalist about these things - I was and dear my God I regret it. I cannot reverse what has happened.

Rude, doesn't listen to what you have to say and cuts you off every time you try to explain what is going on. If it's not visible he can't do anything about it so don't waste your time.

Dr Guan is amazing, he is kind and caring and takes the time to actually discuss my conditions with me. I have issues that are in need of other specialists but am without a family physician and Dr Guan went above and beyond to refer me and even discuss my symptoms of things that are beyond his expertise with me. He’s a wonderful Dr. His staff is very busy and sometimes it shows but one of the girls at the desk also went above and beyond for me. I had an issue with a pharmacy not being very helpful with a refill on a prescription and she called them, faxed them and spent a better part of her morning trying to help me get what I needed before I was leaving on vacation. Just a wonderful experience with Dr Guan’s office.

Rude, unprofessional, no bed side manners, well mannered nice secretary but not knowledgeable at all, a very confusing and disappointing experience for me, not impressed at all to be honest with you!

Will never go back to to see him ever!! So high on himself!! I had very horrible experience with Dr Guan an I refuse to go back!!

Liked the doctor and procedure went perfectly. However, trying to contact his office to get an appointment to follow up on the test afterwards is a different matter entirely. Nobody answers the phone and the voicemail is always full
