Wow I’m surprised this place has low rating, they have been incredibly helpful, they matched me with the perfect therapist/Doctor and I’ve made major progress. Everyone at the desk has always been kind and helpful, I’ve never had any issues and they’re always on time. Thank you everyone working here you guys are awesome and I very much appreciate what you do!!

Dr Opara treated me like a whole person, not just my condition. She has recommended both medication and non medication changes and I'm definitely doing better.

My doctor over here was Dr. Wu. She doesn't like I talk about side effects of meds her priscribed. I gained weight more than 20lb in one year. It should be for meds cuz it's a common side effect. She said it's about my age. When I visited last time, I was told I missed my appointment. I don't think I did. The receptionist told me I can still see her, and this Doctor came out. I thought she came called me, but she looked at me with very cold eyes and said "Not you. You missed 1pm appointment." Is there any other way to communicate? If your condition is depressive, I don't recommend you to visit this doctor. You may feel to kill yourself if your condition is low. Then what is the purpose of visiting her? Lol

I only dealt with one doctor. Dr. Bobb who is a psychiatrist there. He is a believer in the Tom Cruise theory of healing. He believes healing comes from meditation and yoga. He didn't believe i suffered from anxiety or depression, just drug addiction. haha, he told me in 10 minutes what i needed to do. Not a whole lot of care or understanding. Just wanted me to spend a TON!!! of money on a treatment center. I take the oxycodene to alleviate my anxiety attacks. I went from around 80 mg to 20 mg in one week. But he wouldn't help with a less strong and safer drug to alleviate the anxiety attacks. Just still wanted me to go to treatment. Is it because that's his payday when you sign up, or is it because he is a Tom Cruise believer in psychiatry. I don't know, but i do know he was useless, except in wasting more money and time on him. I don't know if this is the whole clinic or just him. But i hope this will help someone not waste their money or time on him. Good luck to you Michael Schneider

If I could give 0 I would. Been there for 3 years ALWAYS had problems getting my scripts. Collette is very rude and belittled me on the phone she should not work a job dealing with people with mental health issues. Had to call back and a very nice woman helped me get my scripts as they’ve kicked me off the program I understand the policy but it’s funny how as soon as you’re not a patient there they will be very rude and say I can’t talk to my dr when the letter I got stated I have 30 days to get those things figured out with her. I really liked my dr she helped me a lot and now I feel like I’m being abandoned the pandemic has been very hard for me. But I understand they cannot be lenient on people who are going through a rough time and have family members with COVID-19 and currently having COVID-19 myself. Thank you to my dr and the other secretary who helped me and treated me with respect.

I really liked my Psychiatrist and Therapist here, but the business side seems to have won out in the end. There is a rule that if you miss 3 appointments in 6 months they discharge you. Which apparently means you can NEVER go back, you can NEVER see anyone here again. What I think should be done, is a reevaluation of a patients needs if they miss those appointments, maybe a temporary suspension, and because they were only therapy appointments that were missed cutting them off from the psychiatrist also is unacceptable. I get it, the insurance company is not going to pay you if you did not see a patient then. I have to be on a pattern I do something at a specific time each week then I can usually remember, but I missed an appointment when my college classes ended and I wasn't on a pattern anymore, then the following appointment my Therapist was sick, this further throws off my pattern now I haven't seen them in 3 weeks, jump 2 weeks later, 5 weeks since my last appointment, of course I missed it College classes also started up again that very week. But now I have no Psychiatrist and no Therapist, and am way to overwhelmed to find a p[lace that will take me and can handle my needs. At best it looks like I will have to go through 2 or three different companies to see a Therapist and Psychiatrist in which case I will miss more appointments.

Dr. Aaron Bobb is a compassionate and kind psychiatrist. His sessions are a safe place for me and I appreciate the excellent work he does. The folks at reception are always friendly and helpful. It would be nice to be able to schedule appointments online instead of having to call in every time.

Called the morning of to cancel an appointment in the afternoon due to an emergency. (I have never done this before, mind you.) I was asked to leave a message to my psychiatrist to tell her the situation. The next day I am called to say I’m being charged a $75 late cancellation fee because “the committee” didn’t believe that my excuse of a death was valid enough to waive the late cancellation fee. Mind you I suffer from extreme depression, and I did not feel like telling the clinic every personal detail of what was going on while I was driving out of state for this. The receptionists are nice and friendly as long as you’re coughing up money, but the second you question anything, they become rude and condescending. Half the staff there should be the ones seeing a shrink. Don’t waste your time here.

Living 50 miles away, show up at 20 minutes after an 8 am appointment and was turned away. There were 10 minutes left in my appointment, now I'm heading home, 1 1/2 hr drive. Wish I could control traffic. When you have mental illness and are concerned about you medication levels and refills, this is NOT the place to go. This is not the 1st time I have left in a bad headspace after seeing Dr. Aaron Bobb. I have contacted management, let's see if they can resolve my missed day of work, mileage, bill for being turned away and no help, that is actually needed. What am I to do when my pills run out? Is it my fault when a dr. that is supposed to make me stable, rocks the boat?

The schedulers are always warm n friendly. Dr Wu is wonderful and always responds quickly to my questions thru mychart. Im happy to go here and med management is great.

Dr. Opara has been a fantastic support for me. She is the best listener I've ever met in my life. She worked tirelessly and incorporated all my feedback until we found something that worked for me and minimized side effects, and when I went through an extremely trying time in my life, she accommodated me to help me through it. She is a deeply caring, deeply knowledgeable doctor who is fantastic at her craft. She has always been responsive and timely and offers insight and advice that is extremely helpful and actionable. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Rejoice Opara.

Dr. Triet Nguyen is a great doctor. I have been seeing him for years and he has done an excellent job watching out for my medications and condition. Highly recommend for medication management. Very nice, smart doctor.
