This place, namely Dr. Davis, wasted 4 years of my life keeping me drugged up on an excess meds that, it turns out, I did not need. I've been off of all medications for 2 years now, and I am doing better than ever. I am married, a mother, and finally living the life, that I knew all along, I deserved. He shamed me, ridiculed me, isolated me, and did just about every single thing a psychiatrist is NOT supposed to do. During my time seeing him, he prescribed so many antipsychotics, that by the time I went for a second opinion, they had nearly nothing left to try, which thankfully is how I was able to get off the 4 plus meds he had me on and never had to get on any others. And it was very long after that I started getting better. He is a horrible excuse of a Doctor and approach him with caution as he goes by his own guidelines and not true psychiatric standards. Hope this helps someone else seek help elsewhere before they risk setting foot in his office.

Dr. Bennett is a marvelous psychiatrist! She is kind, patient and always listens to my concerns. The staff are always very pleasant as well. Here's what you should know, so things go smoothly! They ask you to arrive 15 min early for every appointment to fill out paperwork and have your vitals checked. If you have something come up and can't make your appointment, call and reschedule 24-48 hrs before the appointment. Don't just leave a message! Wait and speak to someone, so you have your new appointment time. If you have a copay, it is due on the day of your appointment. I've been a patient here for two years. By simply being respectful of their requests to be early and reschedule when needed, I've never had a problem. (If it helps, when I put my appointment in my calendar, I list the time for 15min before. I.e. 2PM becomes 1:45PM) These people have made such a positive and lasting impact on my life. I would recommend them to anyone!

I’m so thankful I found Dr. Leigh Bennett! I’ve only had two appointments with her but after my first appointment, I just knew I wasn’t going to have to look anymore. I had such a huge weight off my shoulders knowing I found someone who listens and cares. I left my appointment feeling like I mattered.

Copying someone else’s post because my experience was the same. tried multiple times to make an appointment here. i gave them my info and they told me they’d call me back. never heard from them. i then went to the website and filled out a form to have someone call me to make an appointment and they STILL never contacted me. extremely unprofessional and super annoying.

The staff behind the counter find it difficult to put appointments in the system. I called to reschedule my son's appointment. I was given an appointment date and time. I drove an hour for this appointment. When I showed up for said appointment I discovered that the individual I spoke with failed to place the appointment in the computer. They took my time and money and refused to make it right. I will be changing clinics due to this incompetence and inconvenience.

Dr. Flanigan is great! He specializes in my disorders and seems to understand proper medication for what I’m experiencing. He is very friendly and listens! His nurse is very friendly as well and always have returned my phone calls!

I've been seeing Dr. Powell for several months now and she is the first medical professional that has been able to actually treat my mental health issues. Very compassionate, sweet, and the longest I have ever waited for an appointment was about 15 minutes. Overall awesome place!

Primary doctor is aces! Really, among the best I've ever worked with (sleep issues primarily). Have been a patient for over five years. The front desk can be difficult to work with and it can be incredibly difficult to get a message or question through the gatekeepers to the Dr. They also seem to have changed up their billing/notification system in the past year and I couldn't begin to guess what random number they will land on for a payment due. I'm also not a very big fan of the new billing system in that they send out the invoices with an "Amount Due" that often reads like a charge incurred but not collected at an appointment two weeks age is now awfully close to "PAST DUE PAY NOW OR SUFFER THE CONSEQUENCES", which can be a little off-putting. Love the fact that there is a pharmacy on-site (and its run by some of the best people you've ever met--no issues calling and talking, scheduling refills, what-have-you). I tried to use some of the other clinicians and that did not work well for me. Overall, good staff of doctors. The business end can be a little challenging (you would think that they could be kind AND business oriented considering who their largest patient base is) and it seems useless to even try to discuss this with them. Would recommend.

I am overall very pleased with my visits with Dr. Molden. He takes everything I say into consideration and suggest the best possibilities to help me. He is very friendly and he cares about his clients. I can tell he wants the best for everyone, you just have to work with him and be completely open. He’s very informative and formal and I am very appreciative of everything he has done for me. I rated a four star because it is extremely hard to get a hold of the front desk and make appointments. But other than that. Great visits.

My husband has been coming to this clinic for over a year now. Dr. Flanagan and Bud, RN are amazing! Everyone I’ve ever come I contact with has been so accommodating and helpful. We drive an hour and a half just to come to this clinic. They’ve helped my husband more in one year than the 15+ he spent seeking treatment elsewhere. I definitely recommend this clinic!

The nurses and office staff were also amazing at returning my calls right away, and being super nice at check-in/check-out. I love this place and recommend it to everyone!

The psychiatrist was sensitive and easy to talk to. Good listener and not too quick to medicate. He does interview patients with his nurse in the room, so there were some things I didn't feel comfortable being open about, but that was the only bad thing about the visit. The reason for the single star: I was prescribed Fluoxetine for panic attacks, which worked well. About 8 months into taking it, I was told another appointment would be required before I could get more refills. I called the clinic to inquire and told them I would have to delay another appointment for money reasons (I no longer have health ins). They continued to withhold refills, and a few weeks later I get a letter in the mail informing me they are terminating me from their practice. What?? I guess that makes sense as a business strategy, but it's a terrible way to treat people. If you're looking for good affordable mental health care, I wish you the best of luck. It's very important, but unfortunately very hard to find.

I had a horrible exprerience. I just got out of the hospital for depression with meds that hav÷t one controlled by a psyc dr. And this office just gave me the run around and would lie about drs not taking new pts. I was referred to this clinic for follow up and had been trying since first of Nov for an appt. I got a different story every week that I called. What's wrong with these idiots. I drove 230 hours away to see a dr. And this is how I'm treated. Would not recommend to anyone that's needs help

The staff have always been rude and have no idea how to press an "enter" key. I am constantly overcharged on my copay and they never mean to reimburse me. When I went through weeks of challenging TMS treatment, my bill was put to collections every single month and every single month I had to explain that I was on a payment plan and they would take it back from collections. They still owe me $100, a year later after a new receptionist over-drew my bank card. If I'm lucky enough to get an appointment and have my prescriptions refilled, no one bothers to send the script to the pharmacy until such a time that pleases them personally. My appointments are 15 minutes long and I see the doctor for ten of them, just long enough for her to give me a new medication and ask "well, what DID you want from me?" After seven years of consistent treatment with the same doctor with very little progress, I'm finally going to try someone trustworthy instead of using a practice that steals money and gives nothing in return. Take my advice: try all other practices first and if you HAVE to come here, keep all bank statements, bills, and insurance letters on file so you don't overpay and they don't bill your insurance for random stuff.

Only giving two stars because of the kind front desk staff and manager of the location; sadly, this was the worst experience i’ve ever had with a provider. Dr. Molden treated me with blatant crudeness that was heavily unwarranted. There seemed to be miscommunication between the front desk staff and Dr. Molden when I arrived for my new patient appt. He took me back after I finished my paperwork, (now 30mins past the appt time - unclear of why he chose to take me back to his office so late instead of rescheduling). As he was quickly rushing me to his office and then doing the same through my answers to his questions, he abruptly cuts me off and says to me, “I don’t understand what is so important for you to be here if you’re going to be late to your appointment.” I understood that the appt should be rescheduled, and this is what I asked for at the desk upon completing the paperwork. It was completely unnecessary and a bit cruel for Dr. Molden to treat me as he did. If you are a new patient of his, please choose another provider.

Everyone at the clinic is professional and treats you with the upmost respect. After years on depression meds, the APC physician treated me with TMS therapy and it has been the best help so far. I am healing and becoming myself again. Wish I had found them years ago.

Dr. Palmer is the best I've ever seen. He is truly caring and compassionate. I wish he could do double duty as a counselor because he makes you feel so comfortable and understood. I feel lucky to have found this place. I was at uams before and it was awful. Been seeing him for years and recommend him to anyone. (The only con is that the nurse stays in the room during your appointment, but if you want to be 1 on 1, he will quickly oblige, if not suggest it himself if he sees you are uncomfortable)

Dr has been great but cant get anyone on the phone that can make any decisions on anything. Forced to leave voicemails that remain unanswered. Phone system is shut down during their lunch hour which the recording says is from 1130-1230 but at 5 minutes till 1, the same recording is still going. Very frustrating after just 1 visit and 1 prescription that I cant get any help to fix my medication which I was told up front would be a very easy same day process. Well it is now Wednesday(been waiting since friday) and completely out of medication and after multiple phone calls still have no answer on what is going on. DRs are great. Other staff doesn't seem to have the same care mentality.

This place is a pill mill. At least Dr. Davis is. Thanks to him, I spent two years dealing with a benzo addiction, and several more years being insanely over-medicated for misdiagnosed schizophrenia. Turns out I'm not schizophrenic, I have PTSD! The clinic I go to now was aghast when I gave them the list of all the medications he had me on over the years, and the dosages. As of right now, I'm not on any medications, and feel better than I did in years of seeing Davis. I trusted this man to help me, and instead I just wasted years, and have only additional trauma to show for it. I lost friends and relationships over what he did to me. I was evicted from a home. I spent weeks in psych wards. Do not trust this man. I'm not the only person he's done this to.

I enjoy my experience at APC. I've never had a problem with staff nor my physician. Definitely not a "pillmill," but not judged if meds are needed. I've never been "over-scheduled," in order for the clinic to make more money. At first I saw my doctor every three months until my meds were stablized and working well. Now I go in every six months. They would make more money of they insisted I see my doctor more often. Of course, some patients need to be seen monthly or every three months, but the doctor chooses an appropriate schedule for each patient. Remember, it is a psychiatric clinic and some patients may feel a certain way based on their mental health issues. I feel very comfortable recommending this click to anyone.

Working next door, for Genoa, I have seen and heard a lot of negativity out of the manager of the clinic. Being friends with some of the APC staff and hearing how Karen treats her employees is jaw dropping! I don't know how or why the clinic has kept her for so many years. She is very unprofessional. She stirs up drama and yells at her employees. She doesn't listen to both parties side of the story instead she chooses whose right and takes sides. Employees have to suck up to her to be on her good side. She's a liar and not trustworthy. So if you're looking for a job don't work here. Doctors are great, as for patients if you have any problems go to your doctor, not her.

The office staff lacks basic organizational and customer service skills. The practice is little more than a prescription writing mill. The doctor spends practically zero quality time with the patient. Seek quality care elsewhere: a quick prescription and even faster payment processing are only important at this facility.
