I've been seeing Dr. Holt for 9 years. She saved my life. I suffer from PTSD , manic depression, BPD and alcoholism. She listens, has empathy and always on time. Her staff...there are not enough words to describe their professionalism and helpfulness. I celebrated 5 years of sobriety on 1/1/18. It was a journey to hope and freedom. If you do not experience what I have, you might want to get honest. We do have a part in the process. I will never be cured..it may get worse at times. The simple thing is don't give up.

I have seen multiple doctors for my mental problems and she is the best I've ever had. I've been seeing different doctors for 30 years before i found her and have stayed with her longer than any other doc before. She TRULY listens and cares. The operators are a different story though.

After 2 years of seeing Dr. Holt, I would not recommend her to anyone. She only cares about collecting $$, and not about her patients' well-being. Her receptionist is terribly rude & condescending. Much happier since I changed doctors.

I recently did Internet searches for a psychiatrist for a friend. Upon checking several sites, I recommended Dr. Jessica Holt to my friend because her office is near my friend’s home, Dr. Holt had good credentials, and other than complaints against her staff, seemed to be an effective psychiatrist. My friend called to set up an appointment only to be turned away because she was 72 years old and was told Dr. Holt didn’t treat geriatric patients! It was devastating to my friend to be turned away when she was already in a very fragile state to even need to call a psychiatrist in the first place. I may have been even more offended than my friend since I had given her the recommendation. I called Dr. Holt’s office and spoke to one of her staff and pointed out this treatment of a person in need was inexcusable. She did give me a couple referrals for my friend. However, she said that’s not their custom to give referrals!! My suggestion to the office staff person was for Dr. Holt to clearly state the age range that she treats. All I had read is that she treated ‘Adults’. If that information is not amended, I hope this review prevents a future patient from running into a brick wall in their search for treatment.

Sent my son here and was astonished by the terrible customer service! We sent my son here thinking they would help him and after leaving her office he's felt the worst he's been in months. These people are crooks.

Dr Holt is fine, but her staff is terrible. Long time patients are turned away and publically shamed for not keeping track of appointments when no reminders or follow ups are sent or made. For $100 for 15 minutes far better customer service should be expected. This is why I left the practice. Dr Holt should surround herself with better, more competent staff or lower her rates to reflect the full level of care her practice provides.

Dr. Holt works with you to help find a temporary and/or a permanent solution, depending on your need. She is a great listener. Her knowledge of medicine and brain chemistry is very reassuring and provides a great context for your situation.

Customer service was laughable. They don't take insurance. The person who answered the phone was conceded. I am glad I didn't take my wife there. Her reviews are probably fake too.

I can’t thank Dr. Holt enough. I’ve been putting off seeing someone for YEARS for many different reasons. I was so nervous when I was waiting but as soon as I met her I felt a huge sense of calmness. She really listens to you and goes over everything in depth on what might help you. The crazy thing is, I saw her yesterday and started my new meds today and it’s a complete 180 of the me from yesterday. In a great way of course! Highly recommend her. ❤️

Amazing Experience with an Exceptional Staff & Doctor

Dr. Holt is a Psychiatrist I refer to often for my clients who need psychiatric medications. They tell me she does a good job. One of the main reasons I refer to her is she takes her time to listen to the patient. Many Psychiatrists spend 5-10 minutes then prescribe medications. Dr. Holt will spend time with you to determine your problems, then determine what medications are best for you. I will continue to refer patients to her, and if you are looking for a Psychiatrist, Dr. Holt is one you should visit.
