(Translated) The staff is very understanding, but the food leaves something to be desired for someone to stress and stomach ache. This person had made a suicide attempt. She did not appreciate the dry bread. It did not have the area of a lunch, but rather a snack that is given to the CHSLD. We eat really bad. (Original) Le personnel est très compréhensif, mais la nourriture laisse à désirer pour quelqu'un de stresser et de mal au ventre. Cette personne avait fait une tentative de suicide. Elle n'a pas appréciée le pain sec. Ça n'avait pas l'aire d'un déjeuner, mais plutôt d'une collation qu'on donne au CHSLD. On mange vraiment pas bien.

I spent the weekend at the emergency. You have to get upset to get them to listen to what you requested or they won't do anything. The staff needs to learn more English. I was lucky that one female nurse took the time to listen to me and felt she was great and knew what I needed to feel safe. The 1st doctor I seen was talking harsh with me and say things I didn't say and wouldn't take the time to listen. Thanks to the nurse from above I got a better doctor on Sunday. And because I don't like walking after dark they paid me a taxi home. I'd give them a 5 star if they'd had more staff that were English. Anyways....come on hospital at my age my physical and mental health issues are important and my French is not strong please get more English staff that can help us
