I barely write reviews. But I am writing this This for Dr Dally. He has been my family doctor since 2018 and has never been disappointed for single time. He is very thorough and knowledgeable doctors i have ever known. I actually had to leave him because we moved to different city. I wish I could keep him my Family doctor forever. Thank you so much Dr Dally for your great service. He was the best for my babies as well

Awesome medical clinic. Expect 45 minute wait on weekend and 30 mins. Weekday. Organized, clean and doctors are all excellent. Dr. Goyal flushed my ear wax clog.

I travelled to Mississauga from New York and forgot my BP meds. When I arrived at the clinic, the receptionist very friendly, and the wait time to see Dr. Ghassan was not long despite having 4 people ahead of me. The doctor was very thorough, ensuring he understood my symtoms having skipped my meds for 2 days, and he even ordered an additional test to ensure I was in good health. The Echo Tech arrived only moments later, and she was very friendly, as well. The doctor immediately analyzed the test, and confirmed all appeared fine. I wish Dr. Ghassan was in NY - very professional and nice "bed side" manners. I felt very at ease the entire time I was at this clinic.

The doctor Sue Michelle does not know what she is talking about at all. She told my daughter that she had pulmonary embolism when she has absolutely NO risk factors and is completely healthy. She complained of chest discomfort and was told her condition is critical. She gave her anxiety for no reason whatsoever. she was checked by another doctor who confirmed that she doesn't know what she is talking about. For that reason I would not recommend this doctor or clinic at all .

I had a very traumatic experience today with Dr. Daly. I'm a Registered Nurse in an intensive care unit and I've injured my back, and I came to the clinic for a doctors note for work, and was met with a very angry and frustrated outburst from Dr. Daly who appeared very annoyed/frustrated that I came for the 2nd time to him to get a note. He said "didnt I tell you to follow up with your family doctor?" The truth is, my family doctor's office has not been answering any of my calls for the past 2 months, which has been EXTREMELY frustrating for me, since I've had a back injury and been struggling to heal and get back to work. The only reason I was visiting this clinic is because its the only medical care I could access during my injury. Dr Daly wouldn't allow me to explain this, as he continued to tell me off for coming to him to ask for this note. He said "this is the last time I'm doing this". I'm sorry Dr. Daly, this was only the 2nd time I've seen you, and if a patient keeps returning to a walk-in clinic, there's obviously a reason why. It's not my fault that my family physician has been so hard to reach. Moreover, its been an extremely vulnerable time with being injured/sick, unable to work or earn, and needing to get doctors notes and paperwork for insurance purposes. I understand that walk-in clinics are busy, but yelling at a patient who is also dealing with anxiety and stress is EXTREMELY traumatic and unecessary. There is a MUCH better way to tell me that I need to follow up with a family physician. I am a Registered Nurse, and I too care for sick and vulnerable patients in an intensive care unit. I never yell/ express frustrations to my patients because I know that there is a power imbalance. I'm sorry Dr Daly, but the way you treated me shows me that you really aren't a very compassionate physician. You've caused more trauma and impaired my healing than helped it. *The only reason this review is 2 stars and not 1 is because I've had good experiences with Dr. Goyal and the reception staff. I'm grateful for the speedy quality of health care provided. I'm also grateful for the note that Dr Daly did give me, I am not entitled to anything, but I do believe all patients deserve to be treated with respect.*

I am trying to reach to the staff since yesterday just so that they can send my kids prescriptions to my nearest pharmacy, no one picks up the phone, just one time in multiple tries, one lady picked up the phone and asked me the fax number of the pharmacy and hang up, without giving me time to look for it, since then I am trying and no one even bothers to pick up the phone while still the clinic is open, I tried for more than 30 mins… may be they have good doctors but seriously they need good receptionist and other admin staff.. Poor very poor

The Doctors are amazing but the office staff are absolutely ridiculous, they put you on hold for more than 20 minutes, you call one day they tell you to call the next day, they tell you a doctor is working a certain day until a certain time and then that doctor isn't working those hours to call again. The manager doesn't resolve any issues just brushes it off and makes you feel like your the problem.

I'm not really into writing a review but I would give a time for this clinic just because I haven't found a place that's the best! I was working my medical requirements for my program and was stressed about the due date and the money. And West Mississauga Medical Walk-in Clinic is the best! I went to meadowvale village walk in clinic and they want me to have shots again of MMR, Hepa A&B etc.! I went there for like MANY MANY TIMES, and I SWEAR I WAITED FOR 5HOURS EVERYTIME I COME but NO OUTCOME!!! And BEEN ASKED A LOT FOR PAYMENTS!! I was ALWAYS the only one who's the LAST of the list! From 10AM TO 4PM?? It's so bias as I am the only one who's not the same with their ethnicity. But this clinic doesn't really look for money, I believe they're here to help more people without giving extra payments to the patients. So my results are all reactive and just paid for the doctor's fee. For 2 times of visit I only paid 40 for Blood test or something and 30 for signing my forms. The waiting time is the best too! I would say this is a reliable clinic you should go! The earlier you come, the earlier you're done! If you come late and there's a waiting list you'll just wait for like 15 to 20 mins.

By far the best walk-in clinic I've ever visited in the last few years! Fast, professional, friendly and clean. Amazing doctor and front desk reception. We read the other positive reviews before going to this place. We were asked to fill out a form as it was our first time here. Believe it or not, even before we completed our form we were called in to see the doctor. We completed filling out the form after we saw the doctor. The best walk-in clinic in Meadowvale hands down!! Five stars!????✨

I had hit my finger nail that went black almost immediately. I realized when I got here that i had left my wallet at work. The receptionists were nice to call the ministry so they could still help me out. The doctor was also a really nice guy. Very calm and explained that he could drain the blood to relieve the throbbing pressure. Everything I read on Google said the pain was gonna last about at least a week and here i am on day 2 feeling pretty good! Thanks everyone!

LONG POST PLEASE READ FOR HONEST REVIEW!!!! If I could give a negative star I would! I have been a patient of this clinic for the last 15 years with Dr. Goyal as my family doctor. Over the years I have been going for regular check ups and my whole family have been patients of Dr. Goyal. Initially, Dr. Goyal seemed like a doctor who cared, took time to assist his patients and try to make each visit a satisfactory one. However, "how the mighty have fallen", in the past years it seems his only motto is fast, fast, fast. It seems every appointment or walk-in I go to he just wants me to leave his clinic as soon as he enters the room. He barely, lets you finish what you have to say and shows clear displeasure when you ask him questions. Perhaps out of loyalty I have let things slide but after todays experience I couldn't stop myself from writing this review. I had an booked an appointment today due to a flare-up reaction on my face. The clinic had told me to arrive 5 mins before my appointment which was at 2:20pm and consequently I was there at 2:15pm. They made me wait almost half an hour before i could see the doctor, because a room wasn't available, which is weird cause appointments and walk-ins which had arrived after me were being ushered into rooms to see the doctors except me. Finally, I was escorted to the examination room, at which point I waited another 5 mins before the doctor walked in. As soon as Dr. Goyal walked in I proceeded to tell him about my flare-up. Before I could even finish he asserted that it was acne and basically to suck it up! As a person who has never suffered from acne not even in my adolescent years, I asked him what could cause this. This is where the displeasure in Dr. Goyal began, it was almost like how dare I ask him that!! It got worse when I asked him to refer me to a dermatologist at which point, he was basically upset why I could not be satisfied with his diagnosis which was without an explanation and the $200 cream which he prescribed for me. He quickly glanced at my face didn't recommended any test which could be more conclusive or if anything perhaps give me a proper reason apart from Dr.Goyal's 'I don't know' attitude. I am not saying that I excepted special treatment but a basic explanation or an attempt to give a reason would have sufficed. Honestly, I have never felt so upset and rushed in my life. If I can't even ask a medical professional a cause to some condition or a referral to a specialist, what is the point of having doctors in the first place. It is unfortunate that this kind of treatment of patient's is possible...for those who read this whole post beware and know that this kind of service is not acceptable.

Been going here for the past couple of months. I have found the clinic to be just as expected, walk-in clinic and not my grandmother's house like some other reviewers seem to expect. Staff is efficient and have been helpful. I've seen Dr. Goyal for my every visit and I'm pleased with the service.

This is the best walk in clinic in the area. My children and I have been here on numerous occasions and I have always left with the issue resolved. We have seen both Dr. Sue and Dr. Dally and both doctors are very good. My son recently required blood work and they were able to do it at the clinic. When I've required X-rays there is s location close by at Meadowvale Town Centre. Clean facility and good staff.

I have been to this clinic several times and the staff and doctors are absolutely amazing. Last week my son was very ill and Dr. Sankat was wonderful. She referred us to the er as it was late and turns out he had pneumonia. She called me personally the next day to check on my child. This place is the best and you can feel safe and at ease coming here. Nice to know people have a heart, these doctors really love their jobs and it shows. THANK YOU!!!!

Very rude staff and Doctors do not let you finish your whole story. They make a mistake with paper work and then you have to wait for 20 mins just for them to correct it. I do not recommend coming here at all. Do not give them business and there are plenty of clinics around Mississauga. Please do your self a favor and go somewhere else. I dont know what kind of people are running clinics lately.

I have been going to this walk-in clinic since it opened and have continued to go when my doctor is unavailable. I was SOOOO happy to know that Dr Goyal had moved there. I have been treated by him and the other doctors over the years, I have found that they all practice with the same excellence as Dr Goyal and knew I would always be in good hands. I have taken my Son there over the years when his pediatrician was unavailable and have felt very secure in the knowledge that he would be well taken care of. As an adult, he still entrusts his healthcare to this clinic. Well, just a couple of weeks ago, my Hubby happened to see Dr Goyal as a walk-in. Though he didn't look or act sick and had never been sick over the 30+ years I'd know him, it was a serious situation and when his results came back, Dr Goyal called him on his own time, and asked us to go to the emergency. Despite walking into the ER with a lot of energy and no complaints of major pain, he was admitted to hospital, quickly, and for quite a lengthy stay. His life was saved that day and I am eternally grateful!!!! Over the years, this place has been a true blessing to my Family and, I can honestly say, I would entrust our lives to them, any day!!!!

We are a family of four going to this clinic for the last 13 years. The level of service you get from there is a mixed bag. Two doctors who stand out are Dr. Manawadu and Dr. Dally though Dr. Dally can be sarcastic at times but he's still very good. The rest are so-so. On the administrative staff side, those working during weekdays are excellent specially the ever helpful Regina. On the other hand staff working on the weekends are mostly part-timers and are not as efficient and knowledgeable including one who is very rude. Go on weekdays and look for the right doctor.

4 stars for the clinic but 2 stars for this time visit because of one staff. I have been going to this location for years. I hadnt had encounter any bad service except today. Went for my daughter as she had a fever. The receptionist for walk-in was very unfriendly. Didnt say hello and not even looked up as I was standing for registration. That I didnt mind thought its nothing really. Then, she weighed my daughter but my daughter was crying because she was very sick. But the lady was biting her teeth as my daughter made her job hard. The appointment with Dr. Dally went well. We left then realized that my daughter sweater was missing. My husband went back for it. As he came out, he told me the same thing. She didnt look up who was waiting for service. She just opened a drawer then handed him it. No smile no customer service. I dont know if that how her personality is. But that has to change. As you're working in such a vulnerable enviroment, please consider to have an empathy towards your patients. We come to get better not to feel bitter. Please learn how to smile.

I have gone to this clinic a number of times and wait times obviously vary depending on how busy it is. sometimes it is very quick and sometimes there is quite a wait. If it is extremely busy and it is not urgent, I will use common sense and come back at different time. I have found the staff fairly direct but certainly not rude. I have found the doctors more then helpful. I don't want to mention names but some are exceptional. I find some of the racist overtones in these notes offensive - welcome to Mississauga Dorothy - it's not Kansas anymore!!!!

Simply, this is the best clinic I ever been. Especially I went there last time because of my new born baby and worry about him so much, my experience was just perfect. Basically, I called this place before going. One lady answer the call, she was caring and gave me suggestion on the situation. I went there right after the call and they recognize me immediately. And surprisingly, The lady who answer my call lead me to the patience unit directly and let me wait in a peaceful place. She helped me settle down with the baby, lend me a diaper(I was in a rush, did not bring diaper) and even help me calm down the baby. I never been treated as such before. I felt spoiled.She explained that: I don't want to you wait outside(the waiting room for lining up) with your baby. I can feel she knows my nervous and anxious, she tried to helped me with great kindness. after short waiting, the doctor came. She perform above the average. Explained the situation and gave me solution. 15mins later, I left with great relief. I guess you would understand my feeling if you ever raise a kid. This is just a wonderful place. I would certainly recommend them. The reception ladies just did a brilliant job!!!

Free healthcare is awesome, however I am unable to take advantage of it because the clinic forgot how to answer the phone. If you're looking to quickly get checked out by a doctor, I recommend flying to Switzerland to save you some time. Thanks for nothing!

Rush you in, rush you out. Dr. Goyal works 9am-1pm Tues and Thurs.. if you cannot get in between those times, too bad for you. they give you 10 minutes per visit and you are only aloud to speak about one issue even if you have multiple. Find another Doctors office if I were you.

I went to this clinic twice. Firstly met with Dr. Sanket and recently met with Dr. Sakeena Ameen with my family. Both are amazing in their behavior and both have got decent personality. Both listen to patient's concern very seriously and with patience. Dr. Sakeena recommended some tests that I was about to ask for. Staff at reception is also very very helpful and pleasing.

I cant stress how wonderful this place is. We have used this walk in for years with our 3 kids... all 4 and under. They are helpful, respectful and take care of you as quickly as possible. I appreciate how quickly they tend to babies. I have probably seen all the drs atleast once... never a bad experiance... I actually appreciate and love them all!! If only they were accepting new patients... also.. I understand this could encourage you to go there.... which means it will he busier.. but I don't care.....they are THAT amazing... I have longer waits for my scheduled drs appointments...

All of the doctors here are exemplary! They are most knowledgeable and always take the time to thoroughly assesss patients. Everyone is treated with kindness and respect. What a fabulous team of medical experts. We are walk in patients and since my kids have needed doctors so many times for various issues, we have seen every doctor there multiple times. We have been there in the week, on weekends, at opening, at closing and every time in between. We always get the highest quality of care and professionalism. I recommend these doctors to everyone I know.

Based on other reviews, I decided to bring my kids to this clinic. The staff was polite and explained how long the wait would be. I first saw Dr. Goyal, and he was friendly and great with my kids. They needed to be seen a couple of days later and we saw Dr. Dally and he was also amazing. It was well worth the wait and this is the only clinic I will go to.

I had asthma attack. I felt anxious when I got to the clinic. The staff was very understanding. The doctor (I don't remember his name) gave me a prescription of a puffer i never used. He took the time to tell me the difference and what to do next etc. More than just a regular walk-in clinic, recommend it.

I go here often bc I have school aged kids and they get sick often. Dr. Dally is very nice and so is the South Indian/Sri Lankan lady doctor super sweet. The Chinese/Asian doctor, I believe her name is Sue Michelle or something like that, she’s not very nice. I feel like she talks down to patients esp kids! I get their job is hectic and exhausting but doesn’t feel great when your child is already sick and she talks down to them.

I went inside the clinic crying and in stress as I cut my finger open and was in a panic. The staff calmed my nerves and bandaged the wound while I waited for the Doctor. Sylwia made sure I was ok while I waited and felt at ease. I saw the doctor who cleaned the wound and ensured I understood how to clean said wound after I left the office. Wonderful office and would return with any medical issues.

Had a very fulfilling and great experience here! Very kind and caring staff at this clinic that you would not be able to find anywhere else. One of the doctors even accepted me as a patient 30 minutes after they were supposed to be closed. Great medical centre and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for medical attention. Also, you can go shopping while waiting to see doctor since it's in The Real Canadian Superstore.

Very bad experience especially with the doctor who does not want to listen to any history . He is so irritable and in a hurry. He wrote some blood tests that he did not even ask for copies of the results to be back to him to be put in the file as it was stated in the lab report. When we asked for the lab. Service we were informed the technician is on lunch time we said ok we will wait. Then they looked at the paper and said no this test we are not doing here and then in a very rough unrespectful way they gave us both forms and said you better go for another lab. Do it together. It was really a very bad experience.

I have been for the walk-in clinic twice, both time seeing Dr. Goyal and had such a pleasant experience. Dr. Goyal is very attentive, friendly and efficient (but not rushed!!). The clinic is in a convenient location and has accessible hours. The staff are also very friendly. Highly recommend as a walk-in clinic.

Honestly, the first time was a good experience and got the answers I needed. But went today in excruciating pain in my foot and expected the same experience only for them to tell me I would be charged for seeing the doctor because I had an Alberta ID. Mind you, if that was the case, my first reason would’ve been charged too. Even in pain, they refused until I paid. Isn’t seeing the doctor free for Canadians or am I in the wrong here? Nevertheless, don’t plan on going back and wouldn’t ask my friends to either

I am going to this place for many years. I don't understand how some people can rate this low. I guess they have not been in to any other clinics. This is the best walk-in-clinic in town. The staff Sameer, Regina, Freda and all others are wonderful. All the doctors are wonderful specially Dr. Daily and Dr. Goyal. I live 20 kms away from this clinic and I still choose to go there despite there are walk-in-clinics in my neighborhood. Keep up good work going. Just remember you can't make everyone happy.

Exceptional Walk in Clinic in Mississauga. (Should be kept a hidden secret, but they deserve a great review!) Dr Sue, Dr Goyal, Dr Sankat are some of the fine doctors you'll find here. - Excellent bedside manner - Fast and thorough assessments (be ready with your symptoms and questions) - Up to date with most evidence based practices - Excellent pediatric assessments and treatment - Investigations and testing (X-rays, blood) when needed. - Excellent follow up with results via telephone - Accurate and clear plans once your visit is over. - Resonable wait times. I have not waited more than 1 hour for an appointment. Personal experience: I witnessed one of the physicians ask for an ambulance urgent to credit valley hospital when a small baby in the waiting room arrived and seemed to have bad coughing and breathing problems. It's this quick response and action that reinforced my trust in this team! Overall great clinic, friendly staff, and knowledgeable and highly experienced team of physicians!

Be aware that this clinic has "flexible" hours. Flexible in a way that suits them best. I showed up to have something very, very, minor taken care of. A follow up to a previous visit. I did my due diligence and checked the closing time before heading over. When I arrived I was greeted with "we close at 8:30pm". I thought that was odd because the website said they closed at 9pm. Glancing at my watch, I noticed it said 8:36pm. "Ok" I thought to myself, maybe their website needs to be updated. I noticed that the sign posted on the entrance said the clinic closed at 9pm. Before leaving the clinic I questioned why the sign posted on the entrance stated that they closed at 9pm. When I brought that to the attention to the receptionist she seemed surprised. Suddenly a second receptionist appeared and told me in a condescending manner that "it also says in fine print that the hours can change without notice". I wish I could upload a photo, but basically the sign said that they can close whenever they wanted to considering the number of patients, etc. Therefore too many and they close early, not enough (as they waiting room was empty when I got there) and they close early. Here are my concerns; First if the staff don't want to work there then go get a job somewhere else please. The impression I got from them was that I was walking in to the clinic 2 minutes before close. Secondly, the posted operating hours need to be addressed. If they wanted to stop accepting patients by 8:30pm to leave at 9pm then change the hours of operation to reflect that. I really don't have a problem with that. I do have a problem that they can close the clinic when the "feel" like. Considering this is a CLINIC, they should re-evaluate that policy. Is this the result of subsidized health care? If it is, then I think having a private heath care option may be worth considering. Then clinics would see the "value" of their patients.

I have been visiting this clinic to consult Dr. Narendra Singh (endocrinology) and I must say he is very kind, thorough and always listens patiently to my concerns. He explains everything clearly without rushing in. We need more doctors to be like him ????!!!
