Just like the other reviews say, they literally never answer the phone or follow up on voicemails. They tell you not to email them. They gave my partner a prescription for only 2 weeks of medication with no explanation and never answered the phone to set up a prescription renewal, causing my partner to go into withdrawals. This clinic has caused a lot of stress and I can't believe a mental health clinic would be this negligent to their patients who definitely don't need that extra stress.

Never, ever answer their phone. Takes months to get an appt. Once you get an appt they can only see you once every month or so. Psychologist is 20 min late for each appt. Staff are super rude. They look at you like you are bothering them or interrupting their gossip session with their co workers. Parking costs are outrageous. If you have anywhere else to go. Please go there instead. I would have given 0 stars but that wasnt an option.

The staff don't answer the phone or listen to voicemails. They received a referral for me a few weeks ago but I missed their call, so I called them right back. Nobody answered and in the weeks since then I've called up to a dozen times per day and have left several messages but they don't answer. It's ridiculous. If they can't be bothered to answer the phone they can atleast listen to their voicemail and return calls. Someone isn't doing their job.

Worst clinic I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They never answer the phone (I am currently sitting at 23 calls during business hours today) and when they do they don't do their jobs. They have lost my appointment on MULTIPLE occasions, and due to their negligence I was once forced to go a solid 13 days without my medication. All because the reception staff is too lazy and incompetent to perform their basic tasks. I haven't spoken to my psychiatrist in almost a year because the admin people are too stupid to actually do their jobs. At this point, the "clinic" has caused me more mental stress than it has helped. Thanks for adding to my list of traumatic experiences. I hope you're happy.
