I have struggled with anxiety and depression all my life but the last couple years has been the worst. I was going through a separation, I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia, dealing with stress from work, moving and raising a toddler. My depression and anxiety was getting out of control. I was suicidal and overwhelmed with emotions all the time. With a combination of TMS therapy and medication I can feel a better version of myself coming to life again and I’m excited for my future! I found Envision Mind Care at the lowest point in my life and thank God I did. For the first time I feel like I am in the care of medical professionals that I can trust with my mental health. Dr. Ganapathy is amazing! He is kind, understanding and really cares about his patients. The whole team is absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend this clinic!

I just finished 6 weeks (30 sessions) of rTMS for depression. I am extremely happy with the results. One of the things that I liked about Envision is their team approach to holistic treatment. All of the doctors and staff work together to ensure safe and thorough care—even helping me to maximize the results by suggesting meditation and other life-enhancing activities. After having Major Depressive Disorder for years, I am rebuilding my life, and the complete care that I received helped me to set healthy goals for the future.

He has changed my life completely in the greatest way possible and changed my whole outlook in life for the better. During my first session, I had an in-depth discussion about my prior health history with a nurse. 2nd session, I met the psychiatrist and was prescribed medication. Everyone is very friendly. I feel much better knowing I now have the help and resources to make my life more fulfilling. If you suspect you have adult ADHD, I can't stress how important it is to get a proper diagnosis, as living with ADHD can be very difficult to manage without the proper help. The only thing I would possibly adjust would be the scheduling, as I been asked to change the appointment time a few times.

Coming to Envison Mind Care, Dr. Ganapathy, has been a total game-changer for me. In my own community I have been unable to resource the treatments they provide and have not experienced such a positive and supportive doctor and team. Dr. Gannapathy is very caring and kind and seems to genuinely care about my well-being, and always takes the time to answer all my questions. Overall the best private clinic I have ever been to. Envision Mind Care is a light at the end of a dark tunnel. I discovered Envision during a very low point in my life where I was dealing with a lot of anxiety and depression. After 6 weeks of TMS therapy, I feel healed. I've rediscovered a self that I haven't known in a very long time. Dr. Karthikeyan Ganapathy, and Dr. Marnie Mackay are kind and dependable, and the TMS therapists I saw daily were all wonderful. Great experience, extremely satisfying outcome. I would recommend this clinic and TMS to anybody who is seeking help with their mental health. Thank you Envision!

Well this review went from 5 stars to 1. I got the full TMS treatments and they worked- no more anxiety or depression! But after I gave my $3000, the doctors literally have no more incentive to assist me. They had given me prescriptions which are expensive and impossible to get refilled by them.I call 4-5 times each attempt/month to try to get a prescription refill and still get no response. I ask to switch to a prescription to a drug covered by my health plan, and I’m ghosted. I’m now Getting my prescriptions transferred to my real doctor. He’s way more caring and thorough and won’t leave me waiting weeks without medication and suffer withdrawal symptoms. Take your hard earned money and go somewhere else for the treatments.

The staff at Envision Mind Care is extremely professional and helpful. My physicians Dr.Tabani and Dr Ganapathy are very informative, knowledgeable and friendly. Without a doubt the best doctors office I have visited.

I got referred by doctor to come to this clinic looking for assistance with adhd. It took 2 months until I got appointment. Had a zoom initial meeting and was basically turned down saying that I don't qualify. So basically paid 100 dollars for like 5 to 10 minutes of them refusing me as a client. Saying that I'm not a Cas that they are looking for. Wasn't impressed at all. I saw your reply I etransfered you to the email you gave me right after appointment. So double check. Unless the email address was incorrect

I have been going to Envision Mind Care for almost two years now. They are a team of extremely caring Mental Health professionals. Not only are they very friendly, but at each visit they take the time to follow up on your well being. I would highly recommend the Envision Mind Care team if you are looking for specialized mental health treatment, that is non evasive and has been very effective for me.

I am writing this while I wait for my 9:15AM appointment (45 minutes ago). What is the point of making an appointment if you are not going to honour it? Both of the times that I have been here I have waited 45+ minutes for my SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT.

Honestly, not sure why this place doesn’t have 5 stars. The staff is great, very accommodating, This is the only place I’ve been that has actually helped me. TMS is different for everyone, but i feel its highly productive. Dr.G is great, very knowledgeable, and he actually listens, and takes time to help instead of rushing you out. Dr, Tabani is also great, very knowledgeable as well, they both are great. Unfortunately the government doesn’t pay for TMS, but blue cross covered most of mine. Highly recommended.

TERRIBLE!!!!!! Save your money and seek out another place. The nurse was amazing and if she was the only staff you were forced to deal with I would give 10 stars. However when your promising quick and fast service it would be great if you delivered on it. We waited 1 hour after our scheduled intake appointment and left. If you are asking people to pay thousands of dollars for a treatment it would great if you attempted to be on time. In the end it left me feeling like I didn't matter at all. Save yourself the time and headache and go somewhere else.

Dr. Ganapathy is very caring and professional. He wants to make sure you are ok while giving you the best advices. The reception and the clinic manager James are very accommodative and communicate well in a timely matter. I would recommend people who do seem help for depression and anxiety go to them for their expertise and great services.
