This company is not only the the best one, it is the only one in my book! Our sister hasn't been seen in fifteen years. We've tried everything to find out if she was alive, dead in jail, etc. Mr. Martin's company responded to me almost immediately and relayed the information to him. I was surprised to get a call not the next day but very shortly after leaving my message with his answering service which wS after hours. I told him of our dilemma and gave him what information I had, he was able to take that information and send me a detailed report of all the places (cities) my sister has lived for the past 15 years and also where she's lived all the years before she became missing and possible relatives. This is how I know his report was spot on. He made me feel like a valued customers, told me what he could and couldn't do what might and might not be accomplished. I truly cannot thank Tom Martin from Martin Investigative Services enough! I have been searching for over ten YEARS for my biological paternal grandfather and kept coming up short because A.) he was a drifter before the age of social media and B.) both my father and grandmother had passed and took all knowledge of his existence with them to the grave. When I found out I had been scammed out of a good chunk of money I immediately took to the web in search for a private investigator to assist me with my case. I decided to search for someone from my distant past and had very little solid info on that persons whereabouts, in fact, I wasn't sure if that person was still alive. I called Martin Investigative Services and left a message with my interests. Within minutes I received a call from the President of the firm via his cell phone and an hour later I received a brief e-mail guiding me on the path forward. I took their next step and within the next five hours (a total of six hours from my initial inquiry) I had a complete report on that person containing data that I doubt I could have acquired from the numerous person search products that are on the net. Hired Tom Martin to find a sibling I was separated from at age 1, he charged me 300 dollars for a "Name check" And then told me that even with his birth certificate and state agency records, my brother doesn't exist. Their Website claims money back guarantee. I didn't get any money back. A guarantee is only as good as the man who makes it. And Tom Martin is no good.
