Do not hire these guys I gave them $3,000.00 dollars to put on a G.P.S tracker on a vehicle they took the money and ran. Made a bunch of excuses the car was unapproachable it was to dark. Afraid a dog would bark They sat outside the persons house for several hours gave up, kept all the money and didnt get the job done. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Sometimes drastic measures are needed to ensure the safety of a loved one. Neal Custer, owner of Custer Agency, was able to track down my granddaughter. A court granted me guardianship of her, but she was being hidden from me by family members. I flew in from California, determined to locate my granddaughter and get her back, but I was unsuccessful on my own. I was referred to Neal Custer by another Boise private investigator. Neal’s professional courtesy was A+. He was flexible and easily available. He even met with me late at night, after I had arrived from California. While I was unable to be in the Boise area while the investigation was ongoing, Neal Custer kept me updated on a constant basis, and was invaluable as my eyes and ears. His team located my missing granddaughter, and I flew into Boise, met with Neal and was able to legally regain custody of her. Mr. Custer ensured our safety and security until we were on our plane back home. I wouldn’t have been able to do it without their help. In my mind, Custer Agency is THE Boise private investigator to turn to.

I am writing this review, because I trill believe that the quality of my service so far has been unresponsive. I've requested help on 2/2 and today is the 11th going on the 12th. I emailed Wendy about my findings and told her that I may have a good address and since I didn't get any word from her if I still needed any of her help. Yes I understand I signed a form. Though the help I've found on my own may have been enough. I don't know whats next because I haven't heard a word from her I paid 150$ and talked to her once. With no info to give me. I don't suggest going here for any help if you need the help ASAP. She will make you wait for days and possibly weeks. Now to hire someone who will help and not just take your money and run
