We met with Luke and Will and other staff on more than one occasion before we even signed a contract for the work to be done, and their patience making sure all of us understood what was going to happen was wonderful. We are a Condo Board of volunteers with very different careers than cameras/security etc. and greatly appreciated their explanations. Emails were/are answered within a few hours even on weekends, and they were quiet and clean when setting up our system. Definitely would recommend them, particularly for their customer service, which is rare these days.

Installation and all issues were resolved prior to our condo's new fob system going live for all our residents. With the help of Eagle Eye, fobs were pre-programmed and pre-allocated to each individual suite, making the effort of handing out new keys to our owners and tenants much easier. We had Austin Security before and I’m telling you don’t get ripped off like we did. Not so much the price but the quality. We had 3x Logic and it was just awful. We moved onto Avigilon and what a difference. Dean the salesman at eagle eye gave us a weekend demo but honestly have seeing how clear that video was I was already sold. The two techs that came out are the best, I believe Marty and Phill. These guys knew what they were doing and our IT department approved as Austin caused some drama in their department and Eagle Eye was straight to the point what they needed from our IT guys and it was online. We called Eagle Eye to see what they could do about our problem. We were with Chubb Edwards for years but they were just non responsive to service requests with our truvision system. After two meetings with them we got them in to get us running right. Turvision was not a good fit for us +60 plus cameras. They managed to keep a bunch of the cameras to help offset some costs but replaced the headend with their own brand. The call it a relief will be a understatement.. they system has ran for a month now with zero issues.. we log in every day to see when the cleaners are in also they got it synced up with our POS so we can clearly see transactions. We found out they do full networks and PA also and will be calling them soon for a full upgrade of our 10+ year old system.
