I had an issue with a GPS tracking unit in that I was never able to get it to work in spite of constant communication with both Reagan AND the manufacturer. I was told to return the unit, for evaluation, to the manufacturer. It cost me almost $275.00. In spite of my MANY emails to both Reagan AND the manufacturer, two years later I still have no money back and no unit to speak of. I was completely ripped off! I hope others do not experience this.

I bought a pinhole camera from SpyInc. Sales guy was super nice and gave me a power supply free. I know it didn't cost much but it was appreciated and I would definitely shop there again. I was only looking for the camera but have to disagree with the other poster about his inventory as he had a lot of items to chose from.

Great service! I came in to see Regan , He was very informative and honest.They installed a high definition camera system in our home after some problems with neighbors. Wow, I am so impressed ! now we can see our entire premises even in pitch black. Best pricing I found after 3 different estimates and very professional service.

I should have talked to them before I bought my cameras but since I already had them I was lucky they were willing to install it all for us.
