Clean and professional. Even during covid times they have safety measures in place. Went in for finger printing for a security background check. Make sure to make an appointment in advance and things should go smoothly. You have to go inside the building and they are in an inner suite. Enter just beneath the pedway to Scotia square.

Visited the Truro location today. Sign out front, stated , walk ins welcome. Door to business locked. Knocked on door and female came to door. Told her I was looking for a passport photo. Was told no appointments available until 21 Dec. We left and went up the street to Pridhams Photography. Received my photos in less than 15 minutes. Hard to imagine Commissionaires, could not perform this service (15 minutes). I was a commissionaire for 16 years, what has happened to this organization, we used to serve the public and clients with professionalism and concern for doing the best we could. Are those days gone?
