They lie against employees which Is why they run from them once they get something better. My colleague I referred there was discriminated against and they all took sides to cover it up. I am still here because it pays the bill and doesn't conflict with my studies at college

I give them 3 stars for the simple fact they gave me work when i needed it. But i took 1 star off cause even in 2017 when I was working with them, they had not implemented the corporate standard of direct deposit. another star loss for the numerous times, i got caught up in shift replacement guards which always left me with missed appointments and extra hours overworked all because another employee called in sick at the last minute. and if i ever did that, there would be mass panic. and in this situation the mobile security is supposed to replace me as soon as my shift ends and then figure it out. Now my final annoyance is that at many sites there is a huge discrepancy in what is expected from employee by employer and client. As a security guard, i will not lay hand on another person ever. nor will i search through their belongings. but many times some clients would get upset with me over that. people easily forget Security Guards are not cops. hell we aren't even armed guards. Reply to owner: way too defensive and not at all respectful. security is for insurance for the client. and you guys need to get in the modern times with automatic deposit. smartphone deposit doesn't account for deposit delay from the bank. and i recall a time when you guys cheque bounced, was a headache to get the cheque again and then had to pay late fees. luckily i work for new security company who are so chill they hired me to just show up and get paid.

I applied for a job with this company today and received a email to call for an interview. When I called, the receptionist first question was, are you a smoker? I answered yes, and the next words out of her mouth was, we don't hire smokers. This is against all human rights laws.

I was not impressed with the attitude of one of your employees today. Nor do I appreciate being threatened . You need to teach your staff the difference between stopping to drop someone off, and parking in an area that says no parking , which i wasnt parking in as i was clearly in the car talking to the dude. No where did it say no stopping on the signs and he threaten to give me a ticket even when i advised i was just dropping someone off. I at no time was out of the car. Then when I confronted him to explain to me the difference in his mind what parking is and no stopping was he refused rolled up the window and acted like a 2 year old. If your staff decides to threaten people then they should have the guts to discuss it and not hide in their cars. YOU PEOPLE ARE NOT POLICE OFFICERS . I also have a video of our discussion which he refuses to answer simple questions and hides in his car . I should put this up on YouTube to show what kind of people you hire and what kind of company you are .

Brandon, a security guard with Response Security while on mobile patrol route encountered me in a distressed situation. When making initial contact with me he was very professional and polite and once we determined the issue at hand he went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that my safety and well-being were his top priority. If it weren't for Brandon I would have been in for a nightmare of an evening however because he was there the outcome was positive and I was able to be on my way securely without any issue. I believe Brandon should be commended for his actions and recognized within the company for his initiative and professionalism while on duty. I wouldn't hesitate for an instant to recommend Response Security to friends or family and if I were ever in a position to hire a security service I would consider them to be my first choice, without a doubt. can i give 0 stars? This company "patrols" our building and by "patrols" I mean most of the guards swing by when they feel fit. The ones that come for ticketing people in visitors parking LITERALLY watch people park, walk into the building and then issue them a ticket right away - this has happened TWICE now to people who are visiting me. This is an apartment building, by the time people get inside and upstairs so I can register them it can take 10-15 minutes. The ONLY positive experience I have had with this company is with ONE guard in particular who actually seems to take her job seriously - the rest seem to just be police academy drop outs/failures who couldn't get on with the police force and the only joy they get is writing tickets for senior citizens THREE minutes after they park and probably had it being typed up before they were even out of their vehicle!

I was working in this company from past months and I did permanent four shifts at one location. Due to lockdown, building shut down because of COVID 19 and I lost my earnings and my shifts. Company supposed to help me and need to give me permanent shifts at other locations but they didn’t. I am very upset with this company, inexperience staff, and does not stand with their employees whenever they need.

Today, I was issued a parking ticket inside walmart parking lot, while getting groceries. I was there 30 minutes tops. I was given Unathorized Parking at 2946 Baseline Rd, while I was in 1375 Baseline-shopping. I have the receipt to prove where I was at the time the ticket is issued. Can you please do your job right? Now, I have to go to 100 Constellation to have this ticket cancelled or I have to pay $75 to forgo the hassle. Sir, that is $75 worth of food, you stole away from my 3 kids, because you cannot do your job right.(Update dec 12 2017: My ticket was cancelled, I went to 100 Constellation to file a dispute, and was told that my ticket was cancelled by source. So, I believe the company discover the error, but did not have a way of contacting me to issue cancellation notice.)

Everytime they just call for interview and never hire. I went for interviews thrice but at the end they always excuses to hire you while making excuses like we are looking for full time or something like that.

Not happy with this agency. Received a parking ticket even though I registered with this company to park for the night. They won't do anything about it even though its their officer that made the mistake. Calling and sending emails got me nowhere. All they said was take it up with the city. Now why would I book time off work for a 70-100$ ticket? I'm better off paying by phone and not missing work. The city scammed me this time. Hope it doesn't happen again. Recommend better training to the parking officers.. probably handing out tickets left and right to meet a quota. Edit- The "owner" that replies to the reviews should be fired. Unbelievable..

5 minutes after registering my car not parking it i was given a ticket for not registering my parking that was 75$ i was barely out of the parking lot.

got a job offer from them. Trained by a female and she wouldn't go inside a building we were supposed to go to. I did the whole thing. She was a supervisor getting paid more and doing less. One time I had a shift where I did 12 hours for 2 days in a parking lot undercover. Long story short, I only got paid for one of those days and they refused to pay me for the second day. My checks were ALWAYS short. If anyone here reading this works for taxes in anyway I suggest looking into them. edit to the owners reply- this was around 2015 bud, and yes I was training to work mobile. The fact you don't even have records on me just shows how unorganized your company is. The female was named Suzanne and I bet Dan is still working there. but how would you know? you are very disconected from the workers there, I never saw you there once when I Was with your company for 5 months. The only time I would see you is at work events like bowling.

This is the worst company of all time. I got an interview about a week ago and as I was walking in their office, the first word that came out of the recipient mouth was to shave my beard. I asked why and her response was that on Sikhs are allowed to have a beard and work for them. I responded by saying that I am Muslim and that having a beard is part of my religion as well and not just Sikhs. I was really surprised by how they treated me. I asked to speak to the manager and she told me to go apply to the other security companies out there

very POOR customer service. On Nov. 22, 2018 I got 2 parking tickets a couple of hours apart in my building parking 216 Viewmount dr. The property manager call to cancel them I though so. On Dec 21 I received 2 notices from the city of Ottawa. I called your business and I was told to email you with the information I got a form letter back very quickly.the fines are due tomorrow Jan 9. I started the routine all over again with the same letter. The worst is I can't talk any one responsible
