After having many companies in my home to get quotes, I went with Private Eye Security - and I am very happy with my decision. What sold me was their honest advice during the consultation. I was given useful information on the best possible location of security components , and this information was given in a very non-obligatory way. The advice was given to me on an honest basis, for my own security's sake, not for the sake of a sale. I went with Private Eye Security just on the basis of this. The installation, and the monthly monitoring rates are one of the lowest I could find, and they made it very clear you are on a 'non-contract' basis. This was very important to me, as I believe contracts for home monitoring are simply wrong. The installation looks fantastic, and the technicians cleaned up after themselves. One more thing - they're happy to answer questions, and the phone is always answered. 5/5 5/5 full recommendations!

Couldn't be more happy with this service. I got the montiring done for my new home and with the chaos of moving and settling into a new place they were very professional and organized. They were always on time, very informed, friendly and the technician even helped me move a box or two. The technician went through the system in detail for my wife and I and was very patient when explaining everything as we are not IT people. Never had any issues with the system, or billing which wasn't the case with my last monitoring company as I had to constantly call for over charging. Definitely recommend these guys!

We switched over to Private Eye over 4 years ago when we moved over to our new location. The switch over was seamless, did not have any issues what so ever and they where quick,on time and professional with the installation. Saved $25/month switching my system over when my contract with another company ended, service was really quick and the technician was actually on time. Would definitely recommend - 5/5. They also don't kill you on service charges when something has to be changed - my old company charged me $150 to send someone to do a 15 minute job!
