Dishonest company! They will double bill you. I spoke with the office on several occasions and they keep saying the the owner is out of the country. I was not happy with the fact that they always sluff you off. They forget to realize that it is clients like us that keep them in business. Now I know why they lose a lot of their clients, like Lansdowne Park. They are stealing from people and businesses. This is definitely not one company I would trust with your security. I had to hire another security company just to watch over them.

Booked them for a major event for the University of Ottawa at the EY Centre and was not pleased with how they presented themselves professionally, treated our students/staff/event organizers and escalated situations that did not need to be escalated. Overall the event itself we received numerous complaints from staff and students about Capital Security and will not be using them in the future.
