Extremely rude and nasty attitude . I called looking for help and he had a good laugh how“ it would be hilarious “if the perpetrator in this case was same as In another case . Also mocked the victim in this case as I was explaining details. Spoke for an hour with a different investigator agency after this one and was night n day different .
