I called to schedule an appointment. My drivers license is expired and I have the paper copy from the dmv while I wait for the official document in the mail from the DMV. I explained this over the phone setting up the appointment. Arrived at the appointment and they said they can't take the expired license and the paper copy! There was a phone number in the office to explain your experience with the company. I called it and it was a non working number. This company has horrible communication and wasted an hour of my time.
