Shady Business practice's, they are part of Nu Era towing and Recovery, they have a contract with the city to tow and damage cars. Refused to release my car unless I signed a waiver stating no damage even though there was. I noted the waiver that there was damage, refused to acknowledge me. I called and spoke with a woman there who may have been a little slow, I was recording the call for proof to Chrystler Capitol her defense was "how do we know you didn't pull outside the gate and take a baseball bat to the windshield" my reply was "That's why I want to see the footage, because you can clearly see me pull out of the gate and notice the additional damage" she replied with "not without a warrant" and hung up.
