Horrible company. Don't use them. The owner or owners are rude. Try calling their reception and they don't even answer the phone in a professional manner. Rude and so find someone else - anyone else.

I just saw one Asian security guard on duty at McDonalds main street who is dancing on the floor with a lady customer. It's good that his boss arrived and escorted him outside. this guard must be loosing his marbles.

I have been employed with this company since 2015 and i have nothing but good things to say about this company. They pay well and on time and follow all labor standard regulations. I started with static guard and moved up in mobile. If you are looking for a job or planning to hire them you dont have to think twice. Its really a good company and you do get one on one attention. Lot of room for advancement.

Don't ever trust this company for public safety. They are more interested in profiting off their customers than providing them with a good service. Here's the thing: they lock security gates for a number of parkades in downtown Vancouver. If you happen to miss the sign saying the closing time of the gate, chances are you missed the even smaller print below their contact number that says "A small fee may apply." This "small fee" however is $40 to have a guard who's paid hourly drive 10 minutes to push a button. By the way, we had to wait an hour just for him to arrive. So after paying $20 + dollars to park for 24 hours, you're expected to pay another $40 to have them open the gate. This is deception at it's finest + taking advantage of the public. They deserve 0 stars. A joke of a "security" company with terrible customer service, i.e, this company will not succeed.

This company is such a big mess. Guards often show up late. They don't have people to cover in case of emergency. The owners are very rude and unprofessional. They have the audacity to terminate people for their own faults and mistakes. Also, I've noticed that they don't have any diversity when it comes to their employees. Worst experience ever!

There were variety of questions before I used their service starting from credibility, truthworthiness, attentivity and so on & so forth but the exceptional service and peace of mind which I received after getting dedicated security officer from their company triggered me to write this review. I have been working with the company for more than three years now and I have nothing but the best to say about the conpany. First of all, I am so grateful of Mr. Ishwinder for providing a plethora of potential oppurtunities within the company. As a result, I have moved my way up from static guard to the mobile department. The company is very well organized and client oriented, they are ready to give their best to their clients. Also, the company offers you amazing additional benefits and coverages. 939 expo boulevard security team scam! towed my vehicle. Not helpful to where it went. Also sent packages away they don't care. And when I moved in just wanted my money not helpful and uninformative

Security guards do not speak english what so ever... had a break and enter... security didn't not notice it and just walked past it, had to deal with it myself .... service is just at the worst!!....

Parked at the West park lot 118 (on Georgia between Gore and Main). We parked our vehicle for a dinner and came out and were unable to retreive our vehicle around 11PM. We purchased a parking receipt which gave us no warning of public access via the gate or staircase to parked vehicles past 8. We called Unicorn to get access so they asked for my phone number to let me know how long it would take for the security guard to to let us in. After a couple minutes I get the phone call and he says he will only let us in for $40 cash. I ask “how long is it going to take?” His response “how long is it going to take to get your $40 dollars?”. He finally said it would take about 5-10 minutes making him worth 240$-480$ an hr tax free. Thankfully the gate opened because a resident was going in so we dodged this scam. Avoid this company!

I needed peace of mind when I had to travel out of town on business. I needed someone to keep an eye on the owners of the property next door to ensure that they would not encroach onto my property or cause further damage to what is left of my fence and garden. Sounds crazy but the security guard was less expensive than a lawyer! Unicorn was able to provide someone with only a couple of days notice. Russell arrived on time and understood what I needed him to do leaving me worry free while I was away. I will have them back again if the need arises.

This company is an absolute joke. Guards always showing up late or not showing up at all. So unprofessional. Also requested a guard on short notice but nobody called back for an update. I am glad we don't use this joke of company anymore.

The guard for center point mall has constantly accused me of being a drug dealer having boul movement's on the property, when all I do is shop at the malls saveonfoods and it's dollar store and have tried to help with the cleaning of the lot so the women who are working there don't have to pickup the addicts fecies if they stopped to do their job write there might not be all the needles and weapons that I have been finding around the lot please I get the try to get the others like junkies out but I'm terminal with M.S. plus I have served my military and county.please get them to do their job and stop falsely claiming that I have been doing these things you don't believe me ask the women that clean the lot
