The reviews on here without a doubt are fake! They talk about communication, professionalism. My experience is days and days without communication, emails, phone calls, voicemails all go unanswered. After several mentions very early in the process after several days of not responding I just said you know what we are just not the right fit and please refund our money, did that happen? No... Were things different after that? No. I have multiple emails to prove our point and just so nobody else has to endure this nonsense I feel obligated to write this review. Falcon Rim is in the wrong business.
