It is a highly professional and security training institution with instructors for CPR being physicians who are carrying out the academic part with course made so easy to pickup by video and practical hands on practice for CPR /AED and First Aid training. This is a very professional company. But I find them a bit lazy. Plus they don't listen. I live in Brampton and I was informed that they set up an interview for me in Scarborough I informed them I can't Go to Scarborough due to not having a car. They don't like to listen.

The other people who were complaining were probably blaming others for their own personal failures. You want security? go see them, and get a job after your training!!!!

they are fraud.. first they promise for free recertificate of first aid/cpr but when i went there they said you are not in our network and this thing they did not tell us at the time of training.. very very disapointed..????

I will by far not recommend this company as security training. You call there local office and they cant do anything and then you call the main office and they never return your call. almost 3 weeks and still waiting. They tell you they will find you a job up to 18$ an hour which is impossible. As far as I know the highest pay is around 14$ an hour. False advertisement at its best. Also they tell you that all license will be accepted at any security company. WRONG AGAIN! I had to pay again to be license by the company where I was hired. And then you sign the invoice that has a refund policy and when you call its completely different and you did not agree to it. STAY AWAY!!!
