Simple fast and easy.

They have a great user dashboard to easily track the cases for which you retained their services. Unfortunately, they are awful at PROPERLY and efficiently effectuating service. Several of the affidavits of attempted service they provided failed to sufficiently meet the statutory requirements for diligent attempts in NY.

The worst, call there Brooklyn Office sounds like your talking to an 8th Grade Summer School Class. Disregard this Company at all costs. Find yourself a process server who will take the time for you not farm your work out like cattle

Do not waste your money to serve a third party with three weeks in advance and they do not even know the rules how to serve legal papers in NY. They are unreliable and unprofessional. When I checked the day before the appearance in Court, they realized the job was not done and they claimed the papers were served later that day and emailed the affidavit. The Court did not accept it.

Just got off the phone with a company, who said they served me with papers using this company. Papers were served 1/25/21 and I moved out 1/8/21. They left papers with my name and personal info with strangers. This company is horrific and encourage others not to use them.
