They never had the decency to return calls within a reasonable timeframe the same as the 2 other places I had been playing phone tag with Once I finally spoke with someone they wouldn't elaborate on fee specifics. That seemed to be more out of ignorance than anything else. The next time I tried to get a comfortable answer about the cost of Process service for a court case which was already reaching its service deadline and extremely taxing emotionally....i was left feeling like I was being manipulated to ramp fees or something strangely financially foreboding.

This business is exceptional. I have only had positive and friendly experiences with all of the staff. They provide fast and efficient services, and they communicate well with their customers. Would absolutely recommend World Investigation Inc.
